So, property is well kept. I've stayed here before. I thought it was just one room with TV/cable problem, but I stayed in another room this last stay and it's the same. I can't fully explain, but TV sound goes silent for like a nano-second, then voice returns and it's continual. Needs to be looked into. All else good. Staff is friendly.

We were in town for a wedding. The hotel was so convenient to the venue, places to eat and shop, and very quiet to be on a busy road. The breakfast tacos were yummy. One drawback was the yogurt machine was empty when I went to breakfast (about 30 minutes before breakfast was over). And the room darkening shades were off track but it didn’t bother me. Felt very safe. Would stay here again.

Cockroach in the bathroom; they only clean rooms every other day; dining room is small; almost ran out of food in morning bkfst; not totally without merit but clearly based on high end profit and not the customer; price was also way too high for what was offered.

Absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Lufkin. Great staff. It’s definitely everything positive comments have said.
