Everything was great! This will be my go to hotel when I'm in Lufkin.

Pool area was fun for the kids. Check in was postponed because the front desk clerk wasn't there. She pulled up in her car and told me she had to go get her food and what did I want. Also it smells like Indian food in the halls all day and all night.

The pool needed to be cleaned, the pool umbrellas were broken, no towels available at the pool.

Location was great for my trip. Drain would not drain in shower. Room was not super clean. Food was not great. Only stayed 2 of 3 nights that I booked.

Very clean place. Continental breakfast was delicious. Tons of options. Room was clean and stylish. Staff was professional and personable. Outdoor pool was clean.

I stay here every time we are in Lufkin, which is at least once a year. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is pretty good. This time my friend and I stayed and enjoyed the pool and the coffee machine.

This was a very nice hotel my husband and I enjoyed our stay to Lufkin for an Eagles concert. I would stay again! The bed was so comfortable

The tv keep going out. And the room had fleas in it

The staff was professional and friendly. The cable had issues the whole time we were there. The facility is dated and could use TLC. The faucets leak and air conditioner was noisy.

The staff were very helpful but the breakfast was not very appetizing and not much of a choice. As well as the TV did not work the whole weekend we were there through the whole facility. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable but we don’t stay in hotels often so the little things stood out especially with kids.
