L’hôtel est bien situé, il y a un restaurant Outback dans le stationnement voisin et c’est très pratique. La piscine était agréable même si l’eau était brouillée. Le plancher de la chambre était glissant et collant, j’ai trouvé un élastique avec des cheveux sur le sol et un insecte qui se promenait près de la lumière dans la salle de bain. La chambre n’était pas très propre selon nous. Le petit déjeuner était bien. Le prix était très raisonnable. En somme, cet hôtel est bien, mais pas excellent.

Staff was wonderful and friendly Hoyle was close to everything breakfast was very good and hot … only thing is shower heads need to be clean was disgusting we skipped the shower it was only a one night stay but bathrooms should be clean after every stay wall also had mold we stayed here few times and this was the only time the room was dirty well the bathroom was nasty

Traveled with kids and small dog. The sheets were clean but kept coming undone (nobody wants to sleep directly on a mattress or see it). We were on 1st floor as that seems to be the only floor they allow pets. The floorboards were all cracked and slimy, the couch had a wet spot. But worst of all, the AC filter smelled like it hadn't been changed or cleaned in years. I had to turn it off in order to stop the smell. Lastly, who puts the coffee/tea setup in the bathroom? Very gross. Do not recommend...

Our overall stay at the Comfort Suits in Lumberton, NC was pleasant. The hotel is clean throughout, and the staff is both professional and helpful.However, management needs to address the condition of the ceilings in room 103. Both the bedroom and bathroom ceilings show clear evidence of either a previous water leak or potential mold damage, with paint bubbling and peeling away. It is a safety and aesthetic concern that needs to be fixed.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained. The lobby, hallways, and room was impeccably clean! Breakfast was good. And the dining area was well stocked and very clean. I only wish the fitness center was open 24hrs.

I stay at this property every year and am never disappointed. The rooms are clean and I feel safe during my stay. I especially appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. It’s nice seeing the same faces each time I visit. Highly recommend!

didn't feel clean very worn out room and smelled like pee, was bitten on my back by something and the pain lasted for 3 days followed by itching. don't think i will be returning. thanks for the stay.

Once we got to our room we were greeted by a rather large roach. A few minutes later his little brother appeared as well. Aside from the disgusting roaches the room appeared clean and well maintained, but, the roaches kinda ruined it for us. At the breakfast there was a large family/group with uncontrolled children who were making a huge mess of everything. They were loud, rude and pushing themselves in front of other people, I just finally gave up. Went back like 10 minutes before it closed thinking I may get a chance to find something and it looked a bomb went off in there. I don’t know how the hotel staff could have helped this except to maybe monitor large unruly groups?

You get what you pay for. Staff are nice and outside looks nice. Pool was fun. Room feels outdated and dirty. No smart TV so you’re stuck with cable. If saving money is a top priority, this is great. However, I’ve stayed in similar priced hotels that felt a lot better.

I love staying here. This is my choice every time I’m in town.
