Staff was nice, breakfast was decent but the hotel could use a good remodel.

The room was clean for a one night stay with my family. Beds are a bit small and tub was clogged. Other then that staff were great and rapid service upon checkin

We brought our cat on our trip. We went to breakfast prior to checking out, came back to the room and couldn’t find her. We thought she may have gotten out of the room somehow. No, she had crawled under the bed. From our POV it was solid but, no. Gratefully one of the employees was familiar with this occurrence and assisted us in getting her out safely.

The room sink and shower was clogged, smelled of sewage. I called the front desk to ask for a late check out due to the fact that I checked In So late, No one to fix it. Was not offered another room or no accommodations. Asked for a late check out because I got into town in the middle of the night, I was offered and additional 20 minutes past checkout. Check out is 11am, maid put her key in our door at 10:55am to clean. At 11:15, I got a bang on my door reminding me to leave! Will never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel! Had better stay next door at a Home 2suites. Cleaner, newer, staff was amazing there!

We stayed last week and had a fantastic time experience but this week it was awful. It didn’t look like our bathroom was cleaned and there were opened bar soap on counter and in bathroom. When I called to ask about military rates, the staff was not willing to assist and referred us to Hotels.com website to book versus having a conversation. The room we were in needs the ceiling patched badly from water damage. They were depleted of food/drink items from the weekend so there was no juice and very little to choose from for breakfast. Last week, front desk was very helpful and room was clean, great place for dogs etc. and lots of great food options.

The person that checked us in was really nice and helpful after having a bad night with the car braking down on the way to Myrtle Beach that was really needed. There wasn't anything I didn't like

The gentleman that work the front desk. I forgot his name, but it was a white guy with glasses. The first room we got was very dirty and just nasty. The front desk guy ended up moving us to a different room. The shower in the first room was so dingy and dirty.
