Location was perfect.. our event was really close. It was really nice to have a hot breakfast in the mornings before going on our way. I don’t think you all could have done any better. Really the the only thing that bother us was the really loud cars up and the street out front.. even that would not deter us from coming back.

Besides the fact that the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel breakfast was good for a free buffet, the customer service was excellent. I left a valuable item at the hotel and only discovered it when I was hundreds of miles away the manager personally took care to ship the item to me promptly, which I was very grateful for

The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Water pressure in the shower was good. There was a foot bar in the shower for shaving your legs. I've never seen that before, but thought it was a great idea. Breakfast was better than the standard chain hotels with a larger variety of items. The gentlemen at the reception desk were cheerful and welcoming. The location was terrible. It's literally right off the exit of I-95, so the highway noise was very loud. There was also a chick-filet below our room with a drive thru, so vehicles were driving there throughout the evening. The outside noise got less around midnight, so I was finally able to fall asleep. It's not this hotel's fault. All the hotels at that exit must experience the same thing. I will not stay in Lumberton overnight on our trips from Florida to New Jersey in the future. Also, there was only one chair in the room for two people, so one of us had to sit on the bed.

Best hotel I have stayed so far. Breakfast was even better than breakfast of “fancy” resorts we have payed extra $120/night just to add breakfast to the reservation. Hotel is super clean. Staff were amazing. Hotel is located just off i95.
