Everything was great. Will stay again

The property is clean and centrally located in Lumberton. The staff were very polite and helpful. The only problem we incurred was that there were no non-pet friendly rooms due allergies.

The breakfast selection was impressive for a buffet style set up. However, the breakfast manager was oblivious to the temperature of the food that she put out (9:00 am 6-28-2026). Everything I put on my plate was cold! I actually had to ask the lady who bused the table if there was microvalve to heat my food up. I was surprised no other guests mentioned this disappointing and dangerous as part of food handling. SHAMEFUL! This type of thing can bring down a nice hotel.

To the hotel ownership, would you please consider designating a few rooms for non-pet stays (like the old days of non-smoking rooms) to accommodate those of us with those pesky allergies.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the smell of the shower gel and lotion. Thank you! I’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be really nice and full of fun amenities like the swings and outdoor patio! The staff seemed really nice and attentive, and the cleanliness and upkeep was pretty top notch. The only issues we ran into: the floor in our room was a bit sticky and needed a better cleaning, and I was surprised at how the bathroom walls and corners looked pretty worn being such an obviously newer and well maintained property. Also, the noise level outside the building in the early morning was a little bothersome, but we might have only noticed it since we were woken up by our loud, obnoxious hotel room neighbors at 6:30am. The stay was otherwise very nice and we'd stay there again for a quick overnight anytime. Great value!

I really enjoyed my stay. My family stopped on our way to Virginia. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very nice!!!

Extremely clean new hotel. Loved the outdoor lounge with fire pits, comfortable seating & swings. Indoor lounge with pool table, large screen TV & games. Located right off of a major highway. Surrounded by restaurants & stores. Attentive staff. Poor quality breakfast. Sheets scratchy. Bedspread thin.

Hotel was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable in the bathroom walk and shower was amazing for me since I have limited mobility. Two of the best things were the blackout screens on the window and no carpet on the floors. Breakfast couldn’t have been better coffee was hot food fresh even at 9 AM thank you so much for everything you did to make our visit great

The hotel was perfect, clean, well serviced. Staff very helpful. Wish to stay more days there.
