This was a place we stayed on our way home from vacation. It was just off the interstate. It was fairly quiet. Could use some cleaning up around the property.
-
Carpet felt greasy on my bare feet. When I got in the shower my feet were really dirty.
-
Stacy, the receptionist/ any thing you need is one of the most helpful employee I have ever had interactions with!! I recommend with the highest regard! Will definitely be back!!!!!

was a good bed and quite, air didn’t work very well, hot water but bad pressure, clean bathroom, room smelled real musty but they gave me air freshner when I asked,it help out,, will stay some else next time

Very old and tired property with no maintenance in the last decade. Family that ran it was nice but grey, thin towels and shabby rooms were terrible.
-
It was very quiet on the positive side, however, the hot water was inconsistent, hair dryer didn’t work and everything felt damp as there was no fan in the bathroom. There was no cleaning done and the lights were dim.

Mold in room, terrible smell, moved to a different hotel

We walked into our room and there was a distinct "damp" smell. The carpet was sticky and damp everywhere, especially by the air conditioner. The refrigerator didn't work. There was no milk for cereal for breakfast. The bathroom had dead bugs in it and we found love beetles crawling in the room. We had no bath towels. I lost a headphone and we found a bag of half-eaten cheese slices and a sleep mask from a previous guest behind the bed near the wall. While the main carpet was clearly vacuumed you can tell that they didn't move anything to vacuum near the bedframes because there were food remnants from previous guest(s). The TV didn't work (they had just replaced all the tvs from what the desk clerk said) and it wasn't set up yet or tied to the wifi. The vending machine didn't work. The beds were mostly comfortable but the overall lack of cleanliness. For $100/night the bare minimum I expect is to at least have a clean room that my family can take their shoes off and walk around barefoot in and this missed the mark.

The breakfast space was so cramped we could barely move between the juice and the waffles. Choices were very limited. When we arrived, we dialed 0 to get the desk manager. When she answered, her first words were “oh no.” The key to our room did not work, but the desk manager resolved the problem quickly.

The location Very run down
-
The place is just run down. Our room needed repairs. The room smelled so musty. We didn’t want to use the shower because it was so gross. It was the last leg of our trip. We wouldn’t have stayed one more night.

Good location, right off I90. Not well marked. Older property, updated. Plain but solid.
-
Rooms needed more cleaning.
-
Building needs work rooms had paint falling off the walls the shower didnt get hot water and the entrance door slams everytime people walk in
-
The room needs updating. Fridge door wouldn't stay shut unless you really pushed on it. The lamp trim on back was dusty. Used Kleenex on the window sill. Toilet plugged up easily. One of the light switches didn't turn on any lights just turned off the TV, fridge, and microwave, and I kept using that switch. I hung a bag on it so it would remind me. I guess you get what you pay for. I've stayed in this hotel a lot in the past and it's really gone down hill.

The staff was so helpful. We had a room change so we didn’t have to climb stairs. Matinence even cleaned my bugged windshield! Tipping was a must.

I couldn’t even recognize this place as a motel, no sign. The front door banged loudly and didn’t close all the way. The room door’s inside lock didn’t work. Not a good place!!
-
However, the one staff member on site at checkin and checkout was very Nice. And the bar next door was great!
-
It was dirty, and the breakfast was very disappointing.

Very run down location. WiFi not secure so I could not work in my room. No hot water in the morning. Will not stay at this location again.
