The sheets had stains on them, and there were fruit flies, flying around all the pastries and fruit

It’s like a piece of furniture was plopped down and then forgotten. You can do better. Oh / and no fresh baked cookies 😢

I made reservation thru Expedia received conformation number. Got their day of reservation.The staff made mention that they don't have rooms for rent with in 15 miles radius because they were having problems with people having too many parties. Make that make sense you got all my information and we got canceled day of our 57 years wedding anniversary. Remind you we stayed their last year. Poor communication. If it mainly for Liberty students family during functions say that. Iam 75 years old and husband 78.

The room was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly.

Hotel was decent. Nothing updated. Room had a musty smell and the curtains had some stains.

Very friendly staff and clean facility. Just gave a 4 for clean because there was a lot of dust in the bathroom near the towel area and other surfaces. It seemed like room was in in use recently and staff forgot the dust the room.

Property was pretty clean, shower needs some detail cleaning. Breakfast was standard hotel food. Breakfast attendant was friendly and quick to replenish food

Very pleased with the entire experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom was clean and looked new. We had a great night sleep in the very comfortable beds. The breakfast was great too. Great hotel.

We had a horrible experience where there were either guests or non guests making such noise the entire night. It was not clear if they were right outside the property or in a room but it went on for hours and they sounded threatening. I would not stay here again as I was concerned about even reporting the problem based on what I was hearing. There is no possible way the front desk could not hear also what was happening. I maybe slept for two or three hours.

This was a perfect stay. The Staff were all so helpful, friendly, and we had a wonderful stay at this Comfort Inn, in Lynchburg, VA. The Breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, waffles, cereal, donuts, juices, coffee, and was as good or better than any other Hotel we have stayed at. Had a restful sleep as the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this Comfort Inn.

Amenities are all great, clean, nice surroundings, great staff, excellent breakfast. Our second stay there, whenever I'm in the area, that's the spot for us.
