The staff were friendly. Paper thin walls- could hear the next door people in just standard conversation. Breakfast was poor. Location is difficult to get into and out of parking lot due to traffic.

When we checked in the representative was so friendly n kind 9/25 n leaving on 9/27 the desk clerk was very kind also.

The convenience to most places made it very easy to navigate! There was some staining on the carpets and walls of our room.

There were blood stains on the mattress pad. The room wasn't very clean along walls/bathroom corners etc. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were very nice. Breakfast was good.

The area is great for access to Liberty University. There are sidewalks that you could walk to the campus(about 1mile to South Campus or the Apartments but possible to go to the other end too) It is right across from the Airport(LYH). Our first room was on the first floor and we ended up having an ant infestation our first hour there. The staff did attend to it well and we were able to move to a second floor room which was fine for the remainder of our stay. When the manager found out we stayed with Booking.com he was not able to provide us with a credit or refund.

I can’t complain overall, the staff was very friendly, my room was clean, the location was very convenient with the airport being basically across the street. Parking was a pain, but that’s only because half of the parking lot was unavailable due to it being resurfaced, it just is what it is and honestly, I appreciate the hotel, taking care of their property including the condition of their parking lot.

The breakfast was very good, even the coffee! The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Even being across the road for the airport, it was very quiet, and the front desk/kitchen people couldn't have been nicer. Nothing really wrong at all.

Frequent hotel traveler. Friendly and helpful at a very late check in. Cleanest room I have stayed in at this price point and others!! Breakfast attendants were friendly and constantly on the move. I wish all hotel stays were this easy!

Average hotel, nothing special. Had to change rooms because elevator shakes the walls of nearby rooms. Dont expect much from this place.

There is plenty of parking and the hotel is very modern looking. My room was not clean. There was beer can and a cup on the windowsill. The rug was wet, and there was something on the wall that looked like someone had gotten sick and it was splattered on the wall. Also, the water wouldn’t go down in the tub when I took a shower.
