Very nice room and excellent place to stay…Will be back !!

Room was filthy. I asked them to clean it and they didn't.

The kind staff and that I was able to check-in a little early. I had to wash clothes at the sister hotel because the machines were not operational. In addition, the guest above me made noise most of the night and then woke up early with noise, as well.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness off the staff and the location near retail and restaurants. The only things I did not like is there wasn’t a microwave in the room, but I understand it might be to prevent fires. I did not like that there was wasn’t a closet to hang my dresses and there were no draws to put my cloths in.

Very nice stay overall. Nice staff and clean. Breakfast was ok, could be a little better choices but not bad. Would come again.

An expensive hotel compared to the area has no coffee pot in the room, no complementary water bottles, the breakfast is poor. No closet for your luggage or clothes. For three peopl, there was no space.

Clean and everyone was so nice

We’ve stayed at two other Tru before times at other properties. It’s always clean. Beds are always comfortable. This one’s breakfast was less than appetizing.

The building was very clean and inviting. The rooms were up to date and beds were comfortable. I saw many comments on how great the breakfast was and due to that was looking forward to it when I woke up. Unfortunately, the items were very limited and my party of 4 had to get breakfast off site.

Hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The odd numbered rooms face the highway and it’s pretty loud

No major issues. Breakfast was very lacking. Pancake maker didn’t work. Not many more food options. No pool. No room microwaves. Rooms were very small.

Friendly staff and cleanliness The traffic from the road was very loud. It seemed like our window might not have been sealed. Would have liked to have a banana and Cheerios as an option at breakfast.

It was ok. Normal for free breakfast. Coffee was excellent. The website said kids arcade but really just meant game area for board games and soccer tables. That was a little misleading.

Great place to stay!

The only thing we had an issue with was that we couldn't check in. The computer system was down and we had to wait for the manager next door to help find us a room. We never received a key for our room because of the computer system....this was no fault of the staff. Otherwise the room was great and breakfast was good.

Welcome staff was very friendly! Room was clean! Soap smelled good!! Breakfast was good! Cookies were offered at desk! Coffee was good!!!

Beautiful hotel, very clean, in a nice quiet area. I would stay here again.
