The rooms are dated and there was damage/old stains to some furniture, but it did not feel unclean.

This hotel is SO dated and worn down! Terrible carpet, dirty and chipped tile in bathroom. Even the door to room was old . The staff was very nice at the desk though!

This place is nice. Everything about it is top shelf. The breakfast was hot and the staff is super friendly!

Get a room without communicating door to cut the noise from the adjacent room.

The breakfast was good. Staff was nice. parking lot could use some work and pool was cold to me and couldn’t swim in it but granddaughters loved it.

The charges per day was okay, but cleanliness and overall maintenance needs to be improved.

We had a room with beds. That's about all we can ask for here. The property was dirty and unkempt. There was hardly anyone ever at the front desk. We asked for fresh towels but never got them. The breakfast was not very good. It's also in a bad location that is difficult to turn out of to get to Akron/Cuyahoga Falls/etc. The best part was the pool. If you only need a place to sleep...I would still look elsewhere.

Facility is in need of some TLC, almost to the point of looking run down. Normally the Courtyard brand is very well maintained, this location falls extremely short in that area. The room was clean; however, bathtub faucet was leaking and towel rack was ready to fall off the wall. The landscaping was absolutely awful.

It was a nice clean hotel with a good breakfast and had a good good price

Great stay for one night. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really delicious! Only thing we noticed was some things seemed a little old or worn out. Like the mattress, ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of service, rear entrance was supposed to lock at night but did not.

Smells like smoke. Back door broken so anyone can walk in…not safe. Old and dingy. Uncomfortable bed, barely slept.

Can stay at a better place at this price range.

When I asked about the change, Nikki explained that no one-bedroom suites were available. Had I been informed of that beforehand, I would not have paid the higher rate, as I specifically wanted a separate bedroom with a door rather than an open-concept studio. I also reported that the refrigerator in the room was not working at all, which was never resolved during my stay.

This hotel is in high need of updates and landscaping. The first room we were given had a water leak around the window with a build up of mildew. The was also a large water stain on the ceiling. The staff was helpful and moved us to another room. Access to hotel was an open door policy as non of the doors I tried had a working door lock. The second room was ok, it had a strange smell, the hall ways had a bad smell as well. The breakfast was very basic but ok.

I had to clean the bathroom I used a can of scrubbing bubble and it still could have used more. The refrigerator had something in it I could no identify nor did I want to know. I was afraid to take my shoes off because the carpet was nasty also the furniture was dirty and smelled it was the worst room ever

Staff was the nicest hotel staff I think I’ve ever met! Rooms could use an updating. Will be back!

Your basic hotel. Rooms could’ve been cleaner. Breakfast was good. Staff was good.

Staff are very accommodating, no fault with staff. The property is badly in need of maintenance and updating. Bathroom floor was dirty. Grout dirty, old and shower area had mold. Carpets were stained. Floors in halls and public areas looked like they'd not been cleaned in some time. Furniture was worn and dated. Breakfast was minimal and poor quality. I would not stay here until a major renovation has taken place
