Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Macedonia, OH

Everything was acceptable or good . No complaints. Nice place

Upon arriving the check in clerk was very polite and and knowledgeable about all of the amenities and locations for the free breakfast and vending machines. Our room was a basic 2 queen bed. The beds were made nicely and the sheets and duevy blankets were clean. I thought the were very small for a queen size bed. That could have been done a better way. The bath was starting to age a bit but was clean and the towels were fresh. The carpet was not the best looking carpet. Many stained areas i kept my socks on. Overall we were pleased with the price of the room it was fine.

Exceptional

Clean room, staff is wonderful and great location clean room

Pleasant

I WOULD DEFINITELY NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

The sheets were clean on surface but the mattress cover was not.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. My husband enjoyed the pool. The rooms could use some sprucing up. Things were a bit run down. The microwave did not work properly. Breakfast was good but the options were a bit limited.

The staff! The GM went out of her way to make us like family. NOTHING - Everything was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Quiet, clean, remote yet close to the National Park I came to tour. Also friendly staff. Nothing

Location, pool, quite Needs updating BADLY!!!

Horrible experience, when we informed the front desk, they dismissed the situation stating the hotel needs renovation. All they could do is passed on the information to the new owner.

Very good

I enjoyed my stay, it...

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The free breakfast was great with a nice variety. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay. Friendly service.

It's a good place to stay relatively near to Cleveland and interstate 80.

Staff was amazing

room was clean.. bed is ok.. but the entire facility is either under renovation or like a facade.. look harder something want there. falling display boards.. broken window.. and staunch smell of chlorine.. slow opening front door etc.. breakfast was bland.. not good at all..

Better laundry services
