Rooms need updating. Stayed in the same room twice during our travel to our destination and back home, and they didnt fix the issues we pointed out to staff. The ceiling fan was very noisy but if you closed the room between master bedroom and living area, there was no air circulation in the living area since the HVAC blower was in the bedroom. The door frame was stripped so no door chain/swing lock. Part of the carpet was melted. Bathtub faucet was not attached to the wall anymore, and water temperature orientations were flipped. You cant close the curtains (only the "blinds") because it blocks the hvac, and being next to the highway you'd think they would invest in better sound proofing. Understaffed as I had to walk with the receptionist down the hall to get towels (which the laundry room was unlocked), and that was after waiting 5 or so minutes for her to get back to the desk to check us in (plus a folder on the desk labelled "night desk duties" does not inspire confidence in the staff that night). Clearly meant to be a one nighter/business travel hotel. Breakfast and pool was fine.

Room overallwas fine there were some electrical outlets that didn't work and the remote didn't work. But really was only there for about 9 hours

Will return I had a very relaxing time.

great location if you're looking to visit Cuyahoga NP, breakfast was decent, rooms were spacious but dated, parking was sufficient & safe, landscaping could use attention, staff was tremendous -- check-in cookie and water were nice touches for a great first impression :)

The shower water pressure was amazing and the breakfast was delicious!

This is the nastiest hotel and most run down hotel I have ever seen. The weeds and shrubbery are all over grown outside. Upon entry into the hotel there was a musty odor like mildew. The room we were given was missing part of the security latch on the door. The floors had stains on it. Pulled out the couch bed and the mattress was full of stains which looked like dried blood. The curtains had stains and one of the supposedly clean towels we were given had black streaks all over it. Dead bugs in the corner of the bathroom floor. The water was turned off btw midnight and 4am to install new water tanks on what happened to be one of the hottest days of the year. The ice machine was broken on our floor as well. Do not stay at this hotel. Such a disappointment because all the other country inns we have stayed at have been very very nice.

Place felt safe, has parking, near highway, gas, food. Friendly staff, cookies upon arrival, swam at indoor pool. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but it did smell a little musty, my only complaint.

Good breakfast, but the rooms were not very clean. Ok for 1 night.

In 4 days no one cleaned our room. We were only given 2 small bars of soap, and little bottles of shampoo and conditioner. No extractor fan in bathroom.

My stay was very pleasant and the staff was very professional. I stayed one night.

Amazing staff, very clean room Nothing was bad

The property’s location is convenient. It’s about 5 minutes away from a shopping plaza with popular eateries and stores. We were in town for a funeral and stayed overnight.

Loved the gentleman who checked us in. Very sweet and patient. The pool was ok for my kids to play in. Not a big space if more than 1-2 families want to swim at the same time. Our room was spacious but several things were in need of repair. There were chips in the vanity for example. The noise level was hard at all times of day/night. Not sure if it was tenants or staff but someone was being very loud (loud enough to wake me) at 2am. The breakfast was great and the food worker was very efficient at filling needed items and helping patrons. Overall I don’t think I will choose to stay there again.

Property was clean, rooms were also clean but dated. Staff was friendly and pool very clean Breakfast was stocked and food was good.
-
Thin walls and a bit noisy. The side door was open and a few of the family members saw a rat run by the door. We do not know if it's always open and how many rats have actually entered the building. We were thankful not to be on the 1st floor.
-
Convenient off the interstate We rang the bell forever when checking in and I had to then call the hotel to get the phone to ring for someone to finally help us. Our room had red stains on the floor which made it look like a murder scene.
-
There were 2 people in front of us to check in at 3 and no one at the desk. I found someone cleaning a room to ask for help. The sheers in our room were ripped. The furniture (around the fridge looked chewed and no maintenance of the grounds.

One of our rooms had bathroom plumbing issues, so we were moved. The replacement room also had plumbing problems and a strong cigarette odor, requiring another room change. The final room had visible damage, including a large hole in the wall. The elevator was also out of service, making it difficult to carry luggage and work equipment. The biggest concern, however, was the breakfast. My crew found hair, flies, and bugs in the food on multiple occasions, which made us uncomfortable eating there. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, and I appreciate the staff for trying to accommodate us by moving rooms. However, after multiple room changes, maintenance issues, and concerns about the cleanliness and food, we decided to check out early. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests can have a much better experience.

I asked for a hair dryer as the room was missing one no one ever replied - no iron.. room needs better cleaning and definite upgrades . Couldn’t get any cable or channels and that issue was never fixed either

the place was clean enough the police came over night to take care of a situation in one of the other rooms
