PHENOMENAL STAY
-
Very spacious and big. Clean room & I enjoyed my stay! I wish it was another way to enter the building but it’s fine
-
Clean and nice rooms!!
-
The bed skirt looked as if it has never been changed and had what appeared to be mold. The exercise room smelled too moldy/musty to use.
-
I showed up late and asked the clerk where I could get a burger and a beer. While he said he didn't know he went out of his way to find me a place nearby. That hardly ever happens anymore

Good location

So I booked two rooms. One king suite and one king suite handicap accessible. When I got there they did not have an accessible room available. I did not get a sorry or anything else for the inconvenience. As for the hotel it is average at best. It had an old dirty feeling to it. I would not recommend this place.

Superb

I used Expedia to book my stay. I paid Expedia and then when I got there they charged my card for the stay again. I was told that I would be refunded but neither Expedia or my card from the hotel has been reimbursed.

The breakfast was horrible. The biscuits, sausage, and gravy were cold as if taken straight from the fridge and put on the bar. Staff were unfriendly bordering on rude. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no staff member in sight while trying to check out. Will not make another reservation here.

Location and amenities The manager was out of the country and didn't address any issues while he was out of the country. The staff was unable to do any corrections without the manager. After returning to the country the manager still was not motivated to resolve the issue. He was out of the country for almost a month. This situation was unacceptable!!!

It was a good location. They had fake flowers in the planters at the entrance. I booked this stay because their policy was “no pets allowed.” However, as we were walking in, a woman was walking out with her dog and the front desk staff didn’t even notice!

Clean room, breakfast good. Beds were not great. Very hard. Ease of check in and parking good. Very quiet. Decent stay besides bed
