I was randomly looking for a Place to stay overnight driving Home Solo from Kentucky, decided on Macon Ga, little more than Halfway home to Florida. I rolled in around 2230

I'm accustomed to finding a receipt has been delivered under my door on checkout day.

Exceptional

The toiletries were very nice and smelled great. The breakfast was delicious. Waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, etc. the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great stay.

Room was just ok. Nothing special. Good location. Tiny, very tiny bathroom. Coffee cups, no coffee maker at all. Shower very small and slick. Footing poor.

Overall, the Customer Service was exceptional.

The mattress was soft & lumpy, but old style & easy for someone with short legs to get onto compared to the high mattresses in most hotel rooms. The sewer-like stench emitting from the bathroom sink, floor & shower drains. I spent the night with the sheet covering my nose. Ambulatory Senior guests are automatically put in Handicap rooms that may be seldom occupied so odors buildup inside the room. Why aren't guests asked first if they need a Handicap room?

Nice place to stay and great value.

Charged a $50 smoking fee literally stopped there to sleep ! Never once smoked in the room manager charged my card after paying $100 just to stay there for less than 12 hrs do not recommend this property at all

Had to get and self use a plunger. The vanity mirror had a short and had to be turned on by staff.

As always, I had a great stay. Clean, comfortable room, great breakfast buffet, wonderful amenities, safe parking, great staff, great location at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

We stayed on the way home for a bed and shower.

The staff was great the bed was comfortable The lights were broken. I couldn't see to put on my contacts.. also it was so dark I left the charger to the cell phone and a pair of glasses. I took them off and charged the phone ..BEFORE BED. but could not see them in the MORNING BECAUSE IT WAS SO dark IN THE ROOM. They were left behind. The BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THE ELECTRICAL SITUATION THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS BROKEN AND THE BRAKERS WENT OFF A FEW TIMES LEAVING THE CLOCK BLINKING AND NO LIGHTS OVER THE SINK THE AIR CONDITIONING COULD NOT BE SET THE HEAT EVEN WENT ON. MY MOTHER IN-LAW WOKE UP AT 5AM BECAUSE OF THE AIR CONDITIONING PROBLEM.. SO WE DIDNT SLEEP WELL . NO POOL ETHER.. THE STAFF WAS GREAT THE BREAKFAST AND COFFEE WAS EXCELLENT! ...
