The prices are low The staff, the roaches, housekeeping was non existent. They dont clean rooms, they didnt exterminate, ghetto, rude. The black housekeeper whose name is a nickname that starts with "S" is just as bad as the roaches. And so is the black heavy set manager who wears glasses. That pair is criminal and is gonna cost InTown Suites millions in lawsuit fees. Im just tired of suing ppl, why I haven't proceeded but I may. I have footage!

Needless to say, I would never recommend this to anyone, not to mention giving it a one star rating because it was not a zero available. You will be taking your life in your own hands by staying at a place like this.

The office was the cleanest thing, the receptionist was helpful I had made this booking almost two weeks before my trip and I was confirmed the stay, when I got there my room wasn’t ready and we recommended to give an hour for management to finish, an hour and half later, my booking couldn’t be accommodated and was canceled, they had charged me the $45.51 to my card for the deposit and still haven’t given it back when it was canceled by the property…

The room was supposed to be a premium, standard smelled as soon as you opened door. Roaches in the room, and no towels were supplied. Front office only open from 11-7, but no one there at 5. Just keep driving to next hotel, pictures are deceiving.

Location The people. Not very friendly, not helpful, & definitely not very nice. Their maintenance guy wasn't very nice at all. Not only is he very stinky, but he's very rude.
