Very nice. Close proximity to Macon Opera House.

The property was clean and I felt safe, but the TV in the room did not work and staff could not figure out a solution. As well as being an honors member, they wanted to charge me a half a day for a late checkout.

I paid $360!!! for one night stay and they additionally charged me for bottled water placed in my room after I checked out. There was no any note that I have to pay for two small bottles of water, especially given the cost of the room. This is one of the greediest hotels I ever stayed in. I will never stay here again.

Such a beautiful hotel! Convenient location. I wish the air didn’t turn off for 15 minutes at a time. There was also a very bright light shining up into our room window and made it seem like it was daylight peaking through the cracks but everything was great overall.

The hotel has an on site restaurant and bar . The lady that was both the bartender and waitress was superb. The food was cooked to perfect6. This hotel will always be our go to spot when in the Macon area. Nothing to dislike

Enjoyed my stay. Super convenient to my sons football game on campus

Bathroom was not properly cleaned. The tub was full of hair. The keys did not work and had to be reprogrammed.

My room had bedbugs. I have pictures. I was moved to another room after I called the front desk and she came up to verify the bugs.

Everything was fine the bathroom could stand updating. The door was damaged at the bottom.

Staff was very accommodating.

Bar staff advised that they did not have any of the stuff to make any of the cocktails on their menu. They also did not have any Michelob Light beer. I normally always stay at Hilton Garden Inn’s because of the bar but this was a disappointment. On the other hand the hotel was very clean and the staff was great!
