Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Madera

It was a wonderful room, they honored my hotel insurance of holding my room. The paint appeared new with furniture in excellent condition. The room was so very clean, they provided shower shampoo, conditioner and wash. It was great to see the new microwave and new small refrigerator, since seeing the last few reviews, they did not mention. The bedding was very clean and they provided four pillows for the bed. The floors were just mopped and we are very happy that we stayed in the hotel. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and the hotel night manager, who was very respectful and kind to us. They deserve all the business that comes their way. They serve no breakfast, but Denny's next door and if you want you can drive to Madera to many fast food places and a huge Walmart to purchase breakfast to microwave. The food truck that they list as highly rated on street in back, is also excellent Indian food. Only complaint is that ther Naam is kind of pricey, http://goldenpunjabfresno.com , but food was delicious. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. Almost felt like it was past its time. The gentleman that checked me in wasn’t very cheery. I believe he said three words to me the entire time.

No breakfast or coffee like the ad said misleading information my air-conditioning. The room was no good.

Nothing I requested my money back and have not received it yet I did not stay at this hotel there were bed bugs in the bed. There were bed bugs in the bed The front desk argued with me I have a picture of the mattress with blood stains on it

The location to my destination. Yes. I was bit. I told the front desk and they were going to have their technician look into it. When I arrived the 3rd night, they claimed they didn't have rooms. The only reason why I stayed at that location was because of work.

Location to my destination I was bit on the back of my arm and leg. The attendants tried to give an excuse about some outside bugs. Well I can waive off flying bugs, but the location of the bits would suggest I was laying on my back. Then tried to discredit my complaint.
