This location is perfect for us when we visit family in Madera. The offer of breakfast is also a big plus for us. I didn't have a bad experience with my stay

We checked in and everything was very easy and hotel was clean but we didn't realize the carpets were wet from being cleaned because we had our shoes on. Half of the room was carpet, the other half tile. Wife and son both slipped and fell on the tile. Would've been nice to get a head up on that. Otherwise, everything else was 5 stars.

I booked a King suite with a sofa bed. I was given a sweet that had a queen bed in it and was told that it was a King. They refuse to give me a different room. When I went down to talk to the staff. The Lady was in the lobby, watching TV and didn’t even bother to get up to come over to the Desk to greet me. I had to walk over to her. She never stopped watching TV. She said they’re with a remote flipping channels as she was speaking with me. I asked her for my bill because we are checking out. She told me she didn’t do that until five A.M. we were leaving extremely early because we were going to Yosemite National Park. The room was OK. Other than being the wrong size bed. It was clean though. The hotel itself when you walked in and had a funny smell to it. The hallway leading up to the room smell like musty dogs. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was clean, the staff was nice, and the rooms were well stocked with towels. The air conditioning was either not working or not used in the common areas and eating areas because it was very warm even in the early morning hours. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay for a work trip. There is nothing really within walking distance but plenty to eat within a short driving distance. The area is very quiet surrounding the hotel.

Every time I stay at the Hampton in Madeira, it’s always very clean and the people are very friendly and great breakfast!

Room was clean, staff was very accomodating;, room spacious, bed was comfortable. However was a bit noisy with a nearby equipment yard and trains going by.

The staff was very accommodating at check in since we had to check in earlier than 3PM because of a commitment at 4PM. Our room was clean; the breakfast was good.

The location worked for closeness to the conference I was attending. The room had an odor that bothered me when sleeping. My upstairs neighbor was noisy, so it was hard to sleep. Thins walls, smell and bugs.

The staff was super friendly; our reservation somehow didn't go through and the lady at the front desk was super quick to get us a room for the night. The breakfast was perfect and had lots of variety. The room was super clean and spacious, it was definitely hard to get out of bed the next morning.

Continental Breakfast & the staff that set it up & kept the Breakfast area clean & maintained where wonderful. Plus! There was sugar-free syrup for the waffles!!!! ? ???
