Extended Stay America Suites - Huntsville - Madison

The room was exceptionally clean, the mattress was very comfortable. The air-conditioning is cool, but does not make the room very cold. You are able to hear the traffic through the windows if you’re sensitive to noise. Also, please read ahead and know that it is a grab and go breakfast, which is prepackaged danishes and coffee. Front desk person was very approachable and nice.

It says breakfast but there is no breakfast unless you call 3 muffins, 5 granola bars and a few instant packs of grits and oatmeal sat out breakfast. They don’t offer juice or milk. Bottom line there is no breakfast false advertisement! They have vending machines where you can purchase soft drinks, juice and snacks and both machines stopped working during my stay. They are stingy with the towels, you have to drop off your towels at the front desk to get more, they allow people to smoke in front of the main entrance and someone was smoking marijuana in the parking lot in front of the entrance. The staff weren’t friendly one lady didn’t even look up when I went to check out. All she said to me was, “room number? And continued scrolling in her phone. They only clean every 8th day and you take out your own trash located at the end of each floor. There was already trash in my garage when I checked in, some stains in the refrigerator, a long hair in the tib, sticky finger prints on the microwave handle and my towels were a little damp.

Nice, clean and quiet will stay here again.

My only complaint was the included breakfast was a single muffin and a cup of coffee. Nothing else, no bagel, toast, cereal, waffle, juice, nothing, not even condiments for the coffee. Great experience tainted by the lack of a basic continental breakfast. If you’re not going to offer it, don’t advertise it.

we got to property and got our room, went to room and it was not cleaned yet. Got another room, and there was no soap, 2 towels when reservation was for 3. the breakfast was nutri grain bars and nothing else but coffee.

Gave me a handicap bathroom, which was a nightmare with young kids, dirty hallway floor- kids feet were black after a bath. Did not have coffee or cups for breakfast. Stained sheets

No Utensils in the kitchen.. No shampoo & hair conditioner in bathroom. No bread/ muffin/danish in breakfast lounge & coffee tastes like WATER!

It’s a clean place with nice and great customer service employees. What I don’t like is hearing footsteps in the middle of the night from the top floor.

When I walked in I was waiting for someone to greet me about 10 minutes I walked out to get the rest of my luggage she still wasn’t there waited a few more minutes. She finally came and told us the elevator was not working and our room was on the 3rd floor. She tried to give us a double bed on the 1st floor when our reservation was for a queen. Bad business for the company they could’ve call the people with reservations ahead of time and then we could’ve went somewhere else. Got to the room it was a dead bug hanging from the wall. Bathroom door didn’t want to close it was hard to close it. The bed was squeaking everytime we moved and the pillows were so soft we had to fold them to get comfort. I was traveling to Huntsville/Madison because my sister had surgery and this stay was not pleasant. I was at the hospital all morning and want get some rest but this hotel was not it. The front desk person who I think she was saying she was the DSM need to do better with managing that hotel.

The elevator was inoperable, for the whole time we were there. We had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs., then down a long hallway. The room was clean. No coffee maker . You have carry used towels to the front desk and they replace one for one clean. We are elderly and it was difficult and dangerous carrying suitcases up and down the stairs. We won't stay there again.

My dad and I stayed only one night, parking is plentiful, staff is helpful, room is super spacious and clean. The things that weren’t great were that there were no towels left for us, thankfully my dad had brought one from home. We were in a hurry so I didn’t bother calling the lobby, but towels are essential. Breakfast is a joke for a hotel of this big, their breakfast of open from 6:30am to 9:30am. We got there at 8:20am, no coffee, (rooms have a kitchenette but no coffeemaker) 4 bags of muffins and that’s all they had. Really…pathetic, I stayed at a SureStay near H’Ville a much smaller hotel but their breakfast was excellent. I get that’s it’s free but at least provide coffee? Hey at least it’s clean though?

I like where it is and it was a good price. The air-conditioning unit was loud every time it would come on and off. The tub was not clean. I also got up to use the bathroom and their was a cockroach on the bathroom counter.

I slept all night. The out side of the tub was dirty

This hotel really gives you a home away from home experience. I recommend it.

Key fobs did not work. Attendee did not speak to you and was hard to hear. Bathroom was not clean and room had a horrible smell.

Facility room-key machine was broken and no keys could be assigned/generated. 1-2 day wait for parts, staff offered to let us in/out as necessary. They let us cancel and go elsewhere.

Everything was in Tip Top shape. Would stay here again

As I stated in my ratings the room was great the staff was great the room was spacious it was bright it was clean it was comfortable for my fiance to ride his scooter and to use his walker the bathroom was just super duper large enough for him to roll in being a handicapped person in the shower was set up perfectly for a handicap person everything in the room was great The only disappointing thing was not having any TV the cable was out and I didn't see like a little discount of anything for not having no TV because I'm sure having TV is included in the bill so if you don't have TV it should be a deduction 10% 15% something for not having no TV. Also we had a beautiful king size bed but it was incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable.
