Superb

The place was great smelled so good. The A/C was a minor issue as we looked it really cold, but overall, great place with a great price.

Very good

The Staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, showers had excellent water pressure and the water was hot. The breakfast was very good. We had scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles and of course the continental breakfast stuff. Coffee and juice were plentiful. If back in Madison we will definitely stay here again.

Great stay, clean room, and awesome staff during entire stay over several days.

Clean, helpful staff when checked in. Would stay again for an overnight stay. Good, decent value.

It smelt good when you walked in the lobby. The lobby was nice. The musky smell in the room from the air conditioning. The carpet was frayed in the room where it meets the tile.

Booked because it had such high ratings. But then the sign on the outside part of the building was out, the lobby had a huge shipment of boxes in it and the mop and bucket with stinky pine cleaner was in the middle of the lobby floor. But the worst part was our room. First, the clerk put us in a room near the breakfast area, so I asked for one further away. She put us on the second floor, which was very nice of her, but when we got off the elevator, you could tell there was no air-conditioning in the hallway and the further down the hallway we walked the hotter it got, as well as, a moldy odor increased. When we got in our room, the air conditioner was not on. You have to realize it was late August in the South. The room was mostly clean except for a moldy odor somebody left a half drank water bottle on the nightstand. When we turned on the air conditioner, it rattled and made loud noises which was hard to go to sleep.

—There was hair in the sink. —The toilet didn’t flush. —Could not close the bathroom door due to water damage wrapping the bottom of the door. —Could not close the shower curtain because the rod was broken, The curtain kept sliding to the middle so water was everywhere. —The carpet in my room was ripped up exposing flood underneath. —The tv did not work. I only had 1 news channel and it kept getting so fuzzy I couldn’t watch. —I couldn’t work on my laptop cause the WiFi was terrible. —The waffle maker timer did not work. —I would not stay here again until they fix repairs.

Breakfast was limited on selections.

La atención fue excelente , la habitación y el hotel en general todo limpio y está en excelentes condiciones , lo único q le recomendaría al Dueño del hotel es q las cortinas de la habitación le pusieran unas blackout (porque en la mañana había mucha claridad en la habitación )

Not as clean as you would like.. old carpet has a smell

Everything was good but the rom I was in the ac wasn’t cold enough

The place was very clean. Although it did smell like disinfectant spray everywhere. If you have asthma I'd consider another place. The lights felt like I was in a hospital and nothing was warm anywhere in the hotel. Beds were okay but nothing special. Full tub with shower was a plus but bring your own soap. The train that roles through might startle you but it only lasts a few seconds and will pass twice in a night. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Air kept the place very cool. Overall it was well maintained and not the worst but not for me personally. If bright lights and disinfectant spray doesn't bother you I'd say it is fine to stay at for the price.
