Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison Historic Eagle Cotton Mill

Learning about the historic building of the Madison Historic Eagle Cotton Mill Marriott made our stay extra special, and the river view was a bonus! The breakfast choices were very good, and the quiche and omelets were delicious! Our room was spacious and clean, but unfortunately the walls were thin enough for us to hear our neighbors. I would stay there again!

Everything about this place was amazing. It was in a great location. The room was big. This was by far the best breakfast that I've ever had in a hotel. Then, all the tea selections were amazing. Because I'm a big tea drinker, and they weren't in a rush to put up breakfast. I saw some people still eating at about 9:45. This morning it wasn't like there were being rushed out or anything. We will definitely stay there again. All the stuff were amazing also Everything was perfect

For the price, you’d expect to be able to park there daily. However, due to several events being help at the location parking can be hard to find and they referred me to a location a block away. The paint on the roof was peeling and falling into the bed. The dryer was held together with duct tape and Velcro, but worked. For the price and name, I expected the facility to be a lot nicer, but it was acceptable. The staff was friendly and helpful

Property was absolutely beautiful with the most friendly staff! The facility was so clean it didn’t feel like a usual hotel.

Our room was spacious!!! So close to All things around Madison. Breakfast was good. The building itself was just beautiful. We will definitely be back when we visit Madison again.

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location on the river. It is a shame that it does not have a hot tub or pool. That would have made our stay perfect.

Beautiful restoration of the mill. Convenient location, nice bar and good food. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms clean, attractive and great views! Outside areas welcoming and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

Only reason I gave a mid-level rating for the staff is I didn’t interface with them

Love the history of the property, restoration is beautiful. Riverfront view was nice and close to restaurants and shops.
