Great place to stay in Madison. We've stayed there a couple of times now. Seamless check-in. Very private. They mentioned a complimentary beverage. The fridge was empty.

Location and the fact that it is a renovated space . So well done . This was the second time I stayed and had the same room , it would have been nice to experience a different room .

This hotel was great! The self check-in made getting to our room super easy. Our room was spacious and clean. Convenient location within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main street. Not to mention the interesting history of the building itself. We loved it!

The Chandler has the most comfiest bed I've ever slept in! Sometimes I have trouble getting out of bed because it's no nice. Whenever I book at The Chandler it's because I want to get a great night sleep & that is in walking distance to everything!! I would stay here every time we go to Madison except it's on the pricey side for how often we go!

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location! It's beautifully appointed in a historic river town. Most rooms are upstairs.

We had a great stay here because of the beautifully restored building, our spacious and comfortable room, and the perfect location - not directly on Main Street but just a block away, making it both quiet and convenient. Be aware that there are no staff on site - access to the building and your room are via numeric code sent to you ahead of your stay. This was a new experience for us but it worked just fine. There's also no restaurant or bar on the premises, but step outside and you'll have many choices just steps away. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Madison.

Adorable hotel and so convenient to all of the restaurants, shops, and bars! We stayed in the Stableman's Quarters, which was right next to the amenities station and water. It is the furthest from the entrance, but closest to the terrace. Loved the decor and informative signs.
