Best Western Plus InnTowner Madison

We were surprised on arrival at how many people were in the lobby, with several cabs and minivans out front loading and unloading, much like a bus station. But parking was easy, quick and up close, and always a space available for us. Nice large luggage carts, and never had trouble getting one. The room was a good size and well furnished, though we had to dust all surfaces. Seemed like no one had stayed in our large suite for some time. The room was well furnished, but badly lacking in ample plates, cookware, and utensils. Breakfast had a good selection and was hot, best we had on our 16-day trip. All in all, we would be satisfied to stay here again.

The showers were really nice and clean.

The hotel is OK. Average food. Average room. It's clean, no worries about that. But the front-desk staff is one of the most incompetent groups of bored teenagers I have ever met. I guess I am just used to professionals in most hotels. This was like a team of McDonald's employees who received zero training in customer service. Sure, they can tell you the pool hours or when breakfast is served. But ask a question like "Is the tap water drinkable?" and they fall apart. Of course, I also paid $20 for an early check-in, as I was unable to sleep the night before, and they then told me the elevator was being repaired and put me in a room right across from it. So I didn't get the sleep I needed. And if you can't sleep in a hotel, then what is even the point?

It was a full hotel for the AC/DC concert. Efficient, excellent organization with the shuttles, and plentiful breakfast. Very impressed. Would definitely choose again!

We came in for AC/DC Concert Hotel was booked, Our room wasn't ready, which is understandable for the amount of people checking in and I believe they were understaff in the room cleaning dept. Ladies at check in where very pleasant and professional. So I would absolutely stay at this Hotel Again. :)

I stay here when my mom is at the UW Madison hospital and it’s always great

Good breakfast

This property is about a 10 minute drive to the University. They have free parking for guests. The breakfast buffet is great. The pool and hot tub are nice. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Staff, clean room and break fast

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was good for walking to Camp Randall. Restaurant was good, including the breakfast. Every employee was VERY friendly.

Staff was friendly. My mom walks with walker. Main elevator was down. We were sent to another entrance that involved stairs. WiFi was horrible. Had business to complete but could not because I couldn't stay connected.

The room was fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was open this time! Will be back!
