Nice place
-
Great after a day in the mountains
-
Our stay was pleasant. Even letting our motorcycle group check in a bit early. The bed was great, the pillows not so much.
-
Convenient location in Maggie Valley and reasonable enough stay for a stop-over stop.
-
Breakfast offering not up to standards other choice hotels.
-
Everything was great. Only bad thing was that the pool was closed. They were having a small problem with it.
-
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. It felt like home away from home.
-
Hotel was nice and staff was very nice.
-
The property is in need of serious overhaul. The elevator has not worked for 6 months. The floor and the beds in our room were wet. We checked out after one day of our 4-day stay. I was shocked that this hotel retained its flag.
-
Parking close, and staff were friendly.
-
Everything went well, with our stay at Comfort Inn.
-
The shower had plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. The vanity was not in the bathroom, so an early riser could potentially disrupt someone else's sleep with the light. Overall, we were impressed with this hotel. We would definitely stay again when visiting Maggie Valley. An added bonus: it's in a prime location for spotting elk. We saw several in Maggie Valley during our visit.

We would stay here again

-
No other issues.

Everything was great. Just wish the parking lot was a little bigger. It was a great location to the events held in Maggie Valley
-
Breakfast was same as all other hotels. Not worth it. Rather go to local restaurants.
-
Friendly staff, updated rooms, and a great location with shops and restaurants a short walk from the hotel.
-
Very clean room and common areas. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower/bathroom very modern. Building is old but well maintained. There’s not a lot of outdoor area to sit and read and enjoy the view of the mountains around the property. Bed was very comfortable.
