Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in some time, the couch had a lot of stains on it from God knows what and didn't want to use it.

Good location, convenient parking, clean comfortable room No desk/table work space. There was no place to set my laptop, and work, browse, while there. I would have gladly traded the TV, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, and coffee maker, for a work space. other than lying on the bed.

Bed bugs, bed bugs bed bugs. I had a weekend planned in the North Carolina Mountains and ultimately found myself driving home after one night. The bed bugs and uncleanliness of the hotel ruined my trip. The front desk person didn’t believe me so I took her to my room and showed her. And sure enough, they were there. She took pictures (and so did I), she said the manger would call me but so far it’s been crickets. This was not even close to the cheapest room in Maggie valley either (hoping that would have made a difference). I know people like affordable stays but I’ll pay $500 per night to stay in a clean place that I KNOW is clean than take a chance a middle of the road hotel again. I added a picture of where I killed 3 bedbugs. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Breakfast was okay, the day we stayed they had ran out of breakfast meat and had only provided eggs and breakfast besides.

It was clean, safe and very good beds. The staff was friendly and the location was good. I would definitely stay here again.

It was clean. The lady at the front desk during the day was the nicest one there. I was booked according to my confirmation and what I chose. Was a room with a seating area . The pictures showed a nice size room. Once I entered the room I was disappointed. The room was much smaller. The seating area consisted of a kitchen chair beside the bed in between the air conditioner and wall. The bed was really hard as well. I couldn't sleep much for the tossing and turning. The elevator was not in use either. The only staff welcom I no works front desk during the day. She was having to do breakfast and take care of the guest at the front desk. Meanwhile with her running back and forth. Ran out of eggs and sausage. The only things that were hot unless you wanted to make a waffle..

Clean Going up 2 flights stairs with luggage. Not given times of beeafast, hallways were hot. People smoking at doorways.

Fan in bathroom didn't work.housekeeper cleaned room half way.removed towels..never made bed or empty garbage. Asked her for more towels . She apologized by saying she was so busy.

Good location walking distance to several attractions and shopping I was on second floor elevator was not working plus the ice maker on the second floor was not working made it inconvenient going up and down many times too access facilities
