Courtyard by Marriott Manassas Battlefield Park

We prefer a cooler room for sleeping, but when there was no movement during the night, the system reset itself. By 3:00 a.m., the room had become uncomfortably warm despite the temperature we had selected. We reported the issue to the front desk and were told that staff could not override the system because the setting was established by hotel ownership. Guests should be able to control the temperature in their own rooms, particularly while sleeping. We were also disappointed that housekeeping service was not provided on the second day of our two-night stay. We expected the room to be refreshed, including fresh coffee packets, trash removal, and bed-making. None of these services were provided, which was surprising and disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. They offered us fresh linens and if we came to the front desk, we could get more coffee service. They mentioned they were short on Help, but that should not be our problem or they should discount the rate for not providing normal service.

Superb

We were only there for one night to sleep and then get on the road again. The room was clean and comfortable although the smell of weed was pretty bad. I am surprised the hotel didn't have a problem with it and it was clear what room it was coming from. Do better Marriott.

Property was under construction. Staff was pleasant.

A little price in my opinion bit other than that great stay

I love the little balcony. It was peaceful.

I always stay here when I can.

Very clean and pleasant hotel. Staff were very nice. One big problem, no got water to shower. I called and asked they said "we are at full capacity, its hard to have hot water with this many guests." It was 6am. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my life, never ever had or heard of this issue. Extremely disappointing. They offered nothing for the inconvenience as id "booked through a third party."

Very nice and clean room. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice Staff.

Our check in was easy and pleasant. Sam was wonderful! Would definitely recommend

Clean room

Everything is excellent

Clean room. Friendly staff.

Passable

Paid for the breakfast package and the front desk person said our breakfast was not included this stay was a gift that I gave and I included breakfast for two people, and they were refused

Exceptional

Wet floor due to AC unit leaking

Lobby area was nice. There is no hot coffee for guests in the lobby. I got a coffee from the Starbucks and it was not very good. The room was updated and clean!

Room was clean and staff were nice and helpful. Elevator stopped working the first night we were there and not enough towels in the room. Air conditioner was also not that cold we were sweating overnight
