Lobby area was nice. There is no hot coffee for guests in the lobby. I got a coffee from the Starbucks and it was not very good. The room was updated and clean!
-
Room was clean and staff were nice and helpful. Elevator stopped working the first night we were there and not enough towels in the room. Air conditioner was also not that cold we were sweating overnight
-
The customer service is awful. Staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The room was clean but the service was awful.

Fine for a cheap, one night stay. Outdated property and rooms, not a level of cleanliness that I would normally expect from a Marriott property. Room did not have a microwave, and we had to pay $5.00 for a lukewarm coffee that came from a carafe. Also, our tv volume did not go high enough to hear. Missed the mark in so many areas, yet they charged my credit card $100 for incidentals, which I will have to wait several days to get back. This hotel is located on a road with many other options. I encourage you to do your research before booking a stay here.

We were there 2 days for a concert. Check in staff was nice. My daughters were dismayed to find out the pool only goes up to about 4 feet but it was 98° and didn't protest too much lol the sofa bed was very uncomfortable (according to my girls) so prob better suited to younger kids or a very drunk friend needing to crash. they have a drink bar/food area downstairs but for some reason it was closed at 5pm on a Saturday. No idea why. There's a cracker barrel restaurant nearby and a shell gas station. If you go across the intersection, there's a few more restaurant choices. Neighborhood seemed nice.

While the room was clean and looked like it was recently renovated, it was stripped down to the bare essentials with only a single arm chair and a small desk chair. The exterior was in poor condition, and in need of repair, painting and landscaping. The lobby seemed to have undergone some renovation, but was likewise stripped down and barren of any decorative items that might have made it seem more welcoming. There was not a functional Bistro, and the Starbucks coffee barista struggled to make coffee (no kidding). It took nearly 20 minutes to get a cappuccino and a regular coffee. Very disappointed. Haven’t stayed at a Marriott Courtyard in a number of years and won’t stay again.

The oatmeal was great! I thought there would be a plain fruit cup but it was with yogurt. A little clumsy in the ordering; we had to wait since each was made to order. Otherwise, good.

It was a hotel room, nothing special about it

After booking in well advance, we arrived to find out the hotel gave our room away. We were stranded looking for new accommodations. Last time I book with this company.

It’s close to Manassas battlefield and about 40 minutes from Mt Vernon. It was ideal for me

The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked having a balcony. The smart TV with Netflix, etc., is a plus. The curved door walk-in shower felt roomy. Although the property is dated, it does appear to have been relatively well maintained.

The hotel has been updated and is very clean, very nicely furnished! We shall return!

Nice place

Clean, quiet comfortable

AC thermostat did not work. For a five day stay housekeeping only visited on the last day. No microwave in the room, and the curtains are very thin. Somone from outside the room can visually see in at any time.

Uneventful.

WE FOUND TWO SMALL SCREWS ON THE CARPET ( probably from the furniture assembly (renovation ?) workers. Luckily, found them without stepping on them with bare feet. Bathroom door (1)didn’t close properly because door frame had too much paint on it; (2) wouldn’t open fully as it contacted the new(?) floor tile ; and the frame was missing a frame silencer. The Expedia reservation stated that we’d have a couch in the room, but we did not. A single chair with a foot stool and a desk chair were provided.

Check in was a breeze, very friendly person at the counter. The room was average, paint peeling from ceiling of restroom, limited towels i. Room for 4 people. I traveled with a kid hoping to use the pool and when i made the reservation there was no information on repairs, pool was closed very disappointed. Breakfast was good for the extra price, but no one at the counter to order, had to knock on a side door for the person to come to take our order, other people had to do the same. Been to other courtyards and definitely seen better.

Staff are incredible. The property is slightly outdated, however, they are in the process of renovating. Unfortunately, there are still property issues. For example, my shower door leaked, the sink drained slowly, the door was not a security door (having to close it behind me each time), and the HDMI cord for the TV was bent making the tv unusable. Breakfast is $11/day but you have to order it which means it’s not convenient to just grab and go. The pool had bubble skim floating which seemed suspicious.. One of the biggest pros to the property is the proximity to Bull Run. For the price, it just didn’t hold up..
