The location The beds are uncomfortable. The hotel smells weird.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was good. It served its purpose for me. I did notice the shade was ripped, and the hotel is a bit noisy. But, all in all, it was fine for the price.

Clean room and friendly efficient staff. Would recommend upgrading the shower fixtures and add an exhaust fan.

The hotel was clean and my son enjoyed the pool. However, it was summer and none of the ice machines were working. The front desk attendant was extremely rude. He did not answer the phone when I called down then argued with me about how it’s not his fault the machines weren’t working. Did not offer ice from their kitchen. Save yourself the stress and skip for more hospitality and service.

The breakfast was great. The hotel location was easy to find and lots of dinner opportunities in the area. Enjoyed the inside pool The bed was firmer than I like, but that is a preference of mine, my husband was in heaven.

Breakfast was not out when we checked out. They were late putting it out. They didn't give us the king room we paid for through booking.com, nor did we get any type of credit or refund. Then they stuck us in a room in the basement where the TV didn't work and when we tried to call from the hotel room phone, it didn't work. Had to walk all the way back to the lobby and they did switch us rooms. It was like they just tried to give us whatever to see if we would just take it. Paid too much to go through all that.

I like the property for the short time I was there, the AC was a little noisy.

The room's were clean but someone was blasting there TV all night we called front desk but nothing was done
