Beds were clean and cozy. Floor wasn't dirty in the room, but definitely looked like the cleaning job was rushed. I saw remnants of something on the tile as soon as we walked it. We weren't spending any time there, just needed a place to sleep after a concert so the beds were my main concern and those were great.

We were instructed to go to the designated Uber pickup area, Zone 3D, and call the hotel when we arrived. We did exactly that and were told we would receive a text with the Uber information. We waited approximately 20 minutes, but no text ever arrived. I called again and was told the request had been forwarded to a shared text group and that a manager would be contacted. I was then placed on hold for approximately 20 minutes before the call disconnected. I tried calling the hotel three more times, but the calls repeatedly rang and disconnected. The hotel later explained that they had arranged an Uber, but the driver cancelled because he couldn’t locate us. The problem is that we were never given the driver’s name, vehicle description, license plate, or any other information that would allow us to identify the Uber. Here is the response from their GM “I appreciate you sharing your opinion regarding our communication standards. However, my team and I are confident in the level of service we provide and in the work we do each day. We do not need outside approval to recognize the dedication, professionalism, and effort that our team consistently puts forward.”

Room was good, the breakfast was alright. The warming trays they used gave me a steam burn on my hand.

Very clean hotel. Staff were very accommodating. Parking was well lit. Location was okay. Breakfast was not very good - burnt sausage and eggs. Unfortunately washing machine was not working. They did have one coming soon.

Great place to stay for a night

This was a great place for a one nighter while attending a concert nearby. Good rate, comfortable bed and reasonable (not great) breakfast.

The staff was very helpful I found the outside noises were very loud.

The place was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were very friendly. We were in a room by the back parking lot and it was a bit noisy from some of the other guests.

Upon initial checkin the woman that checked us in made a comment about us doing a late evening check in (11pm). We were traveling from MD on a Friday evening, we were not aware of any cutoff time for checkin. Besides that the stay was comfortable.

Towels not replaced daily nor beds done.

It advertised a restaurant...there wasn't one. The bar looked like it was from IKEA...had a dirty towel in the shower and dirty toilet paper on the roller.
