Everything was great for what I needed the stay for.

Clean room, wonderful staffing, good breakfast

The property is very bad. One of the worst hotels I stayed. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana is everywhere. Carpet on the hall is also old and smelly. No carpet in the rooms. Everything looks old. Some food on the breakfast looked expired. The positive thing is the staff, who were nice.

Breakfast was subpar

The hotel is older and could use a remodel. The floor in my room felt damp to my feet. The entry by the vending machines has some unfinished areas and messy paint on the entry door. Hot breakfast was okay.

Enjoyed the stay

Check-in was quick. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke and we asked to be moved, which was no problem and our second room smelled better. The bedside alarm was pre set and woke us up at 6 AM, so check to make sure the last guest didn’t leave it on for your stay! Coffee machine in the room did not work. blackout curtains were excellent! The breakfast is the star of the show here. Folgers instant espresso machine at the door was a very fancy touch. waffles and Canadian bacon part of the breakfast buffet.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. We had a small problem with hotels. com and the staff was able to take care of it. Would definitely stay there again.

Super clean rooms and bathrooms

It was clean everything work

Clean room overall and comfortable bed. The AC system could use an update and update on furniture and appearance in lobby would be a nice welcome. Otherwise, everyone there was courteous and helpful.

The property was clean and well kept. There was no bathroom in the lobby area for guests. Also there were times that there was no staff at the counter.

The room was run down. Hair dryer did not work, and very rusty. We told the staff at the front desk and he says as soon as they are aware, they usually try to fix things. He also stated, they are starting renovations. I really do hope for their sake it will be done very soon.

I booked a jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi didn’t work I informed staff a member one, tried to come and fix it and said she didn’t know what was going on and told me the manager would come help. He never came. When I went to the front desk, the manager said he would refund me my money for the Jacuzzi, not working. That didn’t happen and I’m not, that was the whole reason for me booking here in the first place

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Super friendly staff and great location!
