The location was excellent - very close to all the Old Town attractions. It is off a busy road, though, but it is manageable. The rooms were clean, but outdated. The rooms are outdated and it is off of a busy road.

I was traveling by train and this hotel was within walking distance to the train station in Manassas. It was closed when I got there. Their phone is disconnected. It is permanently closed. I was not notified by ANYONE and had to phone around and arrange another place to stay for 2 days. My money is GONE!

The parking space was directly in front of my door The smell of the room and my door was difficult to open.
-
location old run down
-
the place was old, the room door didn’t close well, the carpet was stained and nasty. The whole building had peeling paint. it was in desperate need of updating
-
Room was nice and comfort Best Location for close to Washington DC, and price also very reasonable.
-
location appearance, and the people that hang around

This Inn is conveniently located and the property is well kept. My room was basically clean, had a refrigerator and small microwave that was good enough for my needs. It also had basic Cable TV. And the Inn was quiet without being disturbed by the staff or any patrons. The Sign outside the Inn was hard to see with trees covering it. The Shower Curtain Rod was Bent Down in the Middle and made it Very Difficult to Keep the Curtain Closed without having any Water Escape onto the Bathroom Floor. The Microwave Oven Carosel Plate Needed to be washed before I could use it. And the Refrigerator/ Freezer Drain Pan Needed to be Emptied before I could use it.

No breakfast extremely weak coffee, manager had a stick up her behind when speaking to her Air conditioner didn't work, roof leaked in 2 different locations, 1 was right over the bed
-
There were likely bed bugs as well which made me inclined not to sleep with face down, my natural pose. My wife ended up with fever and red pus-filled bite marks on one side of the face and neck after 2-3 days making me think that it must have been the bed bugs at this hotel.

There was nothing good about this hotel. I did not like anything about the hotel. It was in terrible condition and uninhabitable. The room one room was not vacuumed and the door would not lock. Also, the TV was literally being held together with tape.

I’ve stayed there many times over the last year since the November date they have spoke about. I’m really disappointed to have missed my time with my children and would like to know how they are allowed to keep my money and tell me they’re sorry I should’ve known better and that is what happens when you use third party sites that I should call them

The location is perfect and the staff is kind and friendly. It wasn’t the cleanest and the neighbors had a party until after 4am with police showing up twice.
-
Staff are rasy to communicate with. A little loud outside late at night.
-
Absolutely nothing! The room was extremely dirty. We encountered prostitutes walking on our balcony. We requested a refund and was told absolutely not. We immediately left. Do not stay at this hotel.
-
That the toilets kept overflowing and wet up all my stuff and manager was quiet rude. She called the police on us. My children were left there while we went and got gas and food. ( The police didn’t do anything to us tho) Talking about it was emergency because the toilets were overflowing but it wasn’t happening in my room. Front rooms were alright. My sister had a room with a Roku tv then guess what? She moved around back with us and the mess they had back. I left early because my husband didn’t want to deal that anymore so we packed up and got ghost.

Right in downtown close to everything. The staff is always friendly. Right in downtown, close to everything, lol. Cars racing up and down the street all night, not the property’s fault, just a warning for light sleepers.
-
The maid service was fine Didn't like the fact that my bathroom was flooded twice in one room and once in another and I was not compensated for the time that I was there and the cost of having all of my laundry clean because I had to put it in the back of my truck and was not reimbursed for my inconvenience
-
For the price, everything in the room was clean and in working order. Front desk was very helpful with a late checkout. For the price point, nothing.
-
Convenience of restaurants and bars Was given a room with old TV instead of the requested smart TV. The upstairs room had very low water oressure.
