Had to call for more/clean towels second day. Had to call for more coffee packets. On check out, no one at desk had to wait for someone to find clerk.

The hotel/room everything was clean. The one thing that would make it better would be a breakfast buffet like other Hiltons have.

We moved from another hotel to this one mid-trip. Everything was really great. Our room was very clean and quiet. AC worked well. The large bathroom/shower was a bonus for young kids. Convenient location. Nice bar and breakfast cafe in the lobby. All staff we encountered were super friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay again when in the area. 10/10.

Located right next to a bunch of restaurants/breweries and a performance space. Really lovely hotel with pour over coffee in the room (such a nice delicious surprise) and thencomfortable amenities all around

Beautiful hotel and convenient location for the reasons we were in town. The bathrooms are modern and bright and does not show the typical wear of hotels that have aged. Although we are familiar with Bluetooth available mirrors, the one in our bathroom was not connecting. Our two disappointments would be with the coffee offered in the room. The old or traditional method of 'pour over' isn't appealing nor gives you an real cup of coffee. Plus waiting until 7a when the Cafe opens to make yourself a cup is much too late, in my opinion, for travelers to wait. A serve yourself coffee bar should be open NLT 6a for your early departure guests to enjoy.

We were not aware that there were several concerts going on around us at the time that we booked our hotel. I was traveling along with my daughter and we were told that we needed to Uber to wherever we were heading that evening after traveling for five hours to stay there because we were not gonna be guaranteed to be able to park back at the hotel that evening. The closest parking would’ve been 3 miles for us to walk after attending our event about 6 miles away. I suggest you call ahead of time before booking to make sure that you’re able to actually park and get back to your hotel stay there.

The staff greeted my daughter and I and set us up in our room. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable after hours of driving. There are eatery and drink establishments in the area, walking distance.

Shower water pressure very weak. No clock in the room.

The check in and check out process was professional and welcoming… The bartender on Saturday (Gabbie?) was phenomenal and extremely welcoming… she made me feel like family in terms of drink and food orders… she is an asset to Tempo.
