Very noisy room location with loud hvac units, road noise and various other noises in the walls. Basic hotel

Clean and staff were very friendly

The hotel was very nice and clean. So was the room

Very friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small. But For one person is enough

This hotel has always been clean and well maintained. The only reasons for the 4 star review this time is one staff member was less than happy with his job ( possibly just a rough morning) and the shower pressure was not as strong as I remembered from before. Regardless of these minor concerns this is a great place to stay.

The air conditioner in the room wasn't working. I informed the front desk, they came to the room and had no luck fixing the air conditioner and then offered me a fan. I asked if I could have another room and they said they were fully booked and there was unfortunately nothing he could do. They said they could give me some reward points but not a refund or even a discount. My family had to pay $250 to sleep in hot and stuffy room, very disapointed.
