Mike was awesome helping us out. Getting hot tub ready just sharing thoughts. Hotel is very clean pool is quiet. It’s a small hotel so not over crowded. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Secret Gem! The rooms were art deco, minimalist, the pool was so refreshing, close to a few restaurants! We slept so well!

We have been traveling to Manchester area for years and landed on a true gem, thank you Michael to your commitment to your craft—customer service and keep a space worth returning to!

The place was well located and cool vibe. The big problem for me was the strong mildew smell. They desperately need a dehumidification system in the rooms. I thought I would get used to it but every time I woke up during the night I smelled it. When I returned home I smelled my PJ’s before putting them in the wash and they smelled mildew ish.

Nice place, cute little brook out back, nice pool, close to town! A really great spot, will definitely be back.
-
The room smelt musty and moldy. The shower rod was so far into the shower, there was no room to comfortably shower. The television’s in the room are tiny. There is no ac in the gathering room making it uncomfortable, and everything is extremely out dated.

Very unique property with everything you need to get the Vermont experience. Rooms very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of places to eat for dinner and breakfast.

A hidden gem at a fair price.

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary and had the loveliest time. The staff were great and we had a great time using the hot tub and pool! There was a really cute coffee bar and common area to use as well. Room was clean and large! Great location!

The room and hotel had a great vibe. Too short a stay. Will come back.

This place was absolutely sublime; impeccably clean, well appointed and the innkeeper is extremely personable. The view from the room is classic New England with green mountains in the background. The toiletries are of extremely high quality. It will be my go-to lodging when I'm in the area!

The staff is great and the room was clean and comfortable. We were there with snow on the ground and we were disappointed that they didn't get a fire going in their community room. We wanted to sit and play games there but it was too cold. He said they only do fires on the weekend, which was really something I believe they should consider changing. People pay to stay during the week too.

Great property! The location is perfect and the hot tub was very relaxing. I also appreciate how they have you reserve time slots for the hot tub so you can relax and enjoy yourself.

Quite and peaceful hot tub at night relaxing

While located on a main road into Manchester, we didn’t notice any traffic noise and the back view looks like you’re in the middle of the forest. The room was excellently suited to our needs. We especially enjoyed having two comfortable chairs and a small table to use. Good size and comfortable beds. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful .

Love the outdoor jacuzzi access (including the 'sign-up sheet' which provides everyone with peace of mind of being able to access the jacuzzi. The free coffee bar is a nice touch, including the mini-countertop fridge for the milk. The real fire in the main room was a nice feature in evenings too. Location is excellent; close enough to surrounding ski resorts and town Nothing; its a great lodging and at a great location

Creek view from our room was beautiful. Bobs diner across the street for awesome breakfast before heading to Stratton 30 min away. Really cute lounge area and coffee and hot tub
