Super clean and the bed was really comfortable. The free shuttle was just around the corner. Susie who works there was wonderful with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again! Not really anything. Was great.

The location - just a block or so from the entrane to Garden of the Gods. Gorgeous views of Pike's Peak. Down the street from the free shuttle that takes you around Manitou Springs. The rooms have a boutique feel and were very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The host, Susie, was very nice and accommodating. I could never connect to the Wi-Fi, and the Netflix buffered a lot. Luckily, I had a good book. I definitely would stay again though.

The staff was so helpful and kind, room was quiet and the bed was so comfy. Very clean and cute decor. The chairs in the room were stiff and did not wat to sit for long.

Everything , the room was super clean , the bed was so comfortable ! We were able to hook up our Xbox to play video games . Free coffee ! The lady that runs the motel is an absolute sweet heart her aura just radiates beauty . Everything was so easy and close to a lot ! We went to cave of the winds the night we stayed and day after and honestly I am already missing the entire experience 100/10 will be back once we plan our next manitou springs trip Loved everything no complaints at all !

Great location. Clean bathroom, great water pressure and the a/c unit inside worked excellent on a 100 degree day! TV wasn't working so well.

Close proximity to all we wanted to see, they (staff) had a menu & recommendation to MO’s diner & within walking distance & GREAT food!! Loved it!! I (Cheri) stayed here about 15-16 years ago & loved the location, I can see as of 8/4 there have been updates made but y’all will always be my go to when in Manitou/Colorado springs!! All was good, nothing I didn’t like

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and extremely clean. It’s outside of town so lots of space to get away from crowds but far enough away that you might need to drive into town.

This place is CLEAN! So very well kept! Staff was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Bonus - water pressure was great. Definitely a hidden gem!
