Pool was great, room was clean

The hotel has stained rugs and smells like chlorine. The access to Gillette and Xfinity is nice, but, otherwise its a little run down, dingy hotel.

The bed was very comfortable. The inside of the hotel needs to be updated. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay

Location. The bed was good. The hotel is dated and my room smelled musty/moldy. The carpet was dirty and the elevator jumped when it got to the floor.

Buffet breakfast was pretty good. Also had dinner at Against the Grain. That was good and friendly staff. Hotel in good location.

Staff was incredibly polite and nice!

I first want to say that the managers there were amazing. They’re very quick to correct anything that was wrong. I wasn’t supposed to get charged with the card. I used to book and I was and that caused other issues and the manager spent over 45 minutes on the phone to help me correct it and that was amazing. I love the pool is in the center of the hotel, but it’s very claustrophobic in those rooms because you’re only looking into an indoor space and not any natural light. The biggest reason why this hotel would get a one star if it wasn’t for the amazing staff is there’s one Elevator for the whole facility. So if you’re not staying on the first floor and you have heavy bags you literally will walk around the whole hotel to get from one side to the other using your elevator access unless you want to drag the suitcases up no exaggeration and 18 +step flight. Of steps. Again the staff is amazing and one of the cleaning crew actually helped me and my daughter lug our bags around the circumference of the hotel to get to our room, which was probably the furthest away from the elevator on the second floor.. lastly, the air-conditioning died the second night of our stay and again there’s no window access. You just have an open balcony to the lobby by the pool, which is humid. We literally had to forgo safety and open the door to create a cross breeze just to get air. breakfast bar amazing . need a carpet update. Lastly, drain for shower stopped up maintenance responded in five min

It is a hotel that is need of an update and or a good deep cleaning. The smell in the corridors is a little off putting.
