Place was nice and clean. Their breakfast was really good. They definitely go over and above with chocolate chips for the waffles and sprinkles. Had omelets and biscuits and sausage.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly but I complained about loud noises from a room upstairs I don’t think they did enough to make the noise stop.

Location is good, staff is very helpful and friendly! The facilities seem to have gone down some since the last time I stayed. The desk chair seemed tattered and the faucet in the bathroom sink dripped the entire time, leaving the counter with wet spots. The breakfast was disappointing because all of the coffee choices were cold except for one. The grits were inedible they were like water.

The staff was friendly Maintenance upkeep was terrible. They had numerous spots where there was water damage on the ceiling both in my room and in the common areas the gym was in terrible condition. The thermostat was missing a lot of equipment was missing, wallpaper, peeling, etc..

The door keys would not open our door and ever time had to go down and have them rekey. Finally asked to move to another room

This hotel definitely needs some work. The bathroom was dirty (e.g. stains in the tub and towels). Overall, it just felt old and in need of some maintenance. On the plus side, the staff were all super-friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

They charged my card double then went to fix it and got charged again. Then came home and both parties were charged again. It was crazy for a one night stay we were charged three times separetly

The pool was really unusable and the water was as hot as a hot tub so you really could not even enjoy it.
