Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water main broke with no water for 24 hours.

The full hotel needs a good clean up, doors and windows have fingerprints all over them. Carpet needs to be clean and vacuum as well. The only front desk staff member was absolutely unfriendly and not helpful. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I didn't like that the room was not serviced from our night sleep. Slept in the bed on Friday night, went out from 10 am to 3 pm only to return and find that the beds were not made up ,only the towels in the bathroom had been replaced.

It was in a very convenient location, right off the main road, three minutes from the walmart, and right beside a Wendy’s. I didn’t like the Parking, I wish there was a little better parking.

The room was really hot when I checked in. I turned on the a/c and didn’t return for 7 hours and it wasn’t that much cooler. The a/c didn’t really start working until early morning about 2-3. Definitely was not worth over $200 for a hot night.

Was lied to by front desk staff and app. Made a booking on app. Upon arrival to the property was made aware that at the time of arrival no rooms were available. Due to the fact i was passing through i opted to cancel the booking. I was assured by staff that the booking was canceled and a refund would be issued. Upon following up on the matter i was informed that the booking in fact was not cancel and I was listed as a no show. Thus making this booking non-refundable.

The mattress were old and hard the lamps were rusty needed to be replaced,the showers tiles can cut your feet if not careful and the cabinets that holds the microwave were broken I felt like I wasn't herd when I reported it.
