I was on the 5th floor which was in the atrium, first time I've ever stayed in that part of the hotel. The room was very nice clean very roomy. They had a coffee pot that has the pods and it is equipped with the items to brew your coffee.

When wife attempted to brew morning coffee the supplied coffee pods were not correct for the pot resulting in hot water spilling on the table and floor. Support staff had not yet come in so I had to get dressed and buy coffee from the coffee shop in the lobby. Television picture was very dark making viewing difficult.

The blankets on the bed were dirty, the security guards on the casino floor made us uncomfortable, and the indoor pool that was supposed to be for adults was so full of screaming kids that we went straight back to our room.

When we got there we had to pay a resort fee which is typical! Only to later find out .. the pool was “temporary closed” .. the buffet was reserved for “certain people” the whole day so me and my kids didn’t get a chance to go… the arcade was closed .. then we later found out “you had to be over 21” for the inside pool after a certain time….. so what did I pay for ??!!! The rooms were okay . Tubs were pretty dirty . The “non smoking” rooms had a scent to them .
