Small but nice casino resort with a very nice indoor pool area.

Spent the 4th of July weekend there overall it was good time, however upon arrival when checking in we were informed that they did not have the room type we originally booked and paid for in advance we booked 2 beds in the atrium only double beds they had left was in the south tower we were extremely disappointed but agreed to be placed there, after walking to our rooms in the south tower we realized it was a much longer walk to get back there and the hallways in my opinion were very hot that was a big issue to me since I had my toddler with me and the rooms were not to our liking so we ultimately decided to give up a bed and asked to be placed in the atrium with 1 king bed. Staff was very nice and as helpful as they could be with the situation the resort had great amenities that we very much enjoyed.

Once we exited the elevators and entered the hallway, it was dark an dreary looking, and it reminded me of something off of a scary movie LOL. The room itself was a little outdated and dusty. Don't seem like they vacuum the carpet too well or wipe down the furniture (headboards included). The bathroom/shower was clean and a nice size. The staff was nice from the check-in staff to the cinema staff to the housekeeping staff. Overall, I would give them a 7 out of 10...and it is a place I would visit again.

I wish we had known about the club before booking an atrium room, no sleep until 2am. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

The most generous word I could use is that it seemed stale?

Dirty....and the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was a skeleton staff and they weren't helpful at all. No one even said Hi!

Also the movies ? does not balance off enough adult showing. It was too many kiddie cartoon movies the resort need to have blance for adults to enjoy aswell

Overall the facility was very nice a lot of things to do which I really thought was great you don't even have to leave the hotel I was very amazed at the theater that was new to see in a facility which was great only thing I can say is you should be able to use your room key in order to get back into facility different ways instead of having to come all the way around to the front door to come in will be visiting again hopefully with family the buffet on the weekend is Awesome..

Checking in was easy, the staff were friendly, and my room was clean. Over all it was a great experience.

I LOVED IT!!!! Me and my family went there to celebrate the kids passing to the next grade. It was like 30 of us including our kids. They had a place for the kids to play while the parents did whatever they wanted to. The indoor pool felt nice. The hot tub felt even better. I’m planning to go back in October for my birthday. I CAN’T WAIT!!!!!

Pools. Casino. Customer service good. Wish the steak house was open on Mondays when in for business. Spa as well.
