Clean rooms staff was very nice the breakfast was good all the way around good hotel to stay at

Great place, will be our first choice when ever we travel.

Bed sheets were torn and dirty; bathroom had hair and spilled substance not wiped up; balcony slider could be unlocked from the outside even when locked from inside the room.

The main issue was the toilet doesn't flush. Front desk offered me a plunger instead of switching my room.

The breakfast was not that great. They could have added yogurt and bananas. It was all carbs except for the scrambled eggs... pastries, bread, small bagels, waffles...no cereal that I found, no yogurt, limited fruit...(apples and oranges)... I was glad I brought some of my own food. All in all I'd give the place a C+ or a B-. The staff was friendly.

Breakfast was awesome

It’s next to the highway so it’s a bit noisy. Hallways to get to the elevator are not lit up. But other than that it was an ok one night stay.

The room was more spacious than I expected. The staff was friendly and focused. Further, the breakfast was a convenient way to start the day.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. I stayed at the property on my way to Sequoia National Park and my family and I were able to sleep peacefully. Room was clean and bathroom was also nice. They provide a good breakfast

The entry driveway was small with a big turn, difficult for my large pick-up truck, especially when another car is going on or out. Arrangements should be made to access the back gate, at least for departures...

Mr. Rajeev at the front desk was very helpful. The property is maintained and managed well. All staff is friendly. Having a suite with a personal area for the second bed and its own television helped our family work on their own tasks without disturbance.
