The AC was too bad. Couldn't sleep all night. The temperature was set at 68 but AC stays off most of the night and room temperature was too hot

Mary Ann at the front desk was very polite upon checking in. Very helpful.

It was close to the fields my son was playing at and lots of food close by. Our key didn’t work to our room and had to get several new keys to get into our room (at least 6). Had lotion in our shower instead of soap, rooms are not very sound proof, pool was dirty, and breakfast was pretty unappetizing.

Place was great and super clean. My only complaint is that people and Housekeeping are very loud when speaking. I was woken up by them. I understand they have a job to do but they can at least be considered about how loud they speak.
