We were thankful being able to check in early, the pool and hot tub temperatures were both on the cooler side so my girls didn’t enjoy the pool which was a main factor in why we booked. The first night we ordered food from the bar which was surprisingly good, we skipped out on the breakfast buffet because of the cost. There must have been hockey families with very rowdy boys and thankfully after one phone call to the front desk complaining about running and screaming it was taken care of.

Once again, another hotel floor that has never been cleaned. My son's feet were coal black from walking around barefoot after taking a shower. I had to request that they mop and vacuum the floors.

The staff was not helpful and some were very angry and rude. Rules at every turn. Posted everywhere that it’s free to eat for kids but then only if dine in etc. I asked if we order food if we can bring to our table at pool. Told yes. Then when I attempted, I got yelled at by same guy. On top of it, the gal working the restaurant was soooooo crabby. Wrist bands for pool overly complicated. Then in same stay my reservation got messed up and we didn’t have a room Saturday night so had to move out last minute. Just overall, nice place, clean and nice park but not a comfortable stay because WAY too complicated.

Staff was very helpful and friendly

The front deck woman she was a middle eastern woman with lots of hostility towards us from the moment we checked inn we got a suite that comes with six water park wristbands she did not give all signs says on Sunday that the pool is open until midnight she told us to leave at 9 even with all the signs we tried calling she hung up on us this was the whole reason we paid for this room we are devastated especially my special needs child

The description for the waterpark slides was not helpful either. We had to go to the waterpark site itself for hours and learned that the waterpark is not open during the week including Sunday afternoons. The hot tub was not clean. My husband found sand everywhere in it. Staff were amazing at the front desk. Room was clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Maple Grove is a beautiful area.

The room felt outdated, and the ceiling was not very clean, which affected the overall impression. The bathroom especially needs renovation—the sink, toilet, and plumbing all appear to be quite old and would benefit from replacement. One of the biggest issues was the noise. I could clearly hear neighboring rooms flushing their toilets and water draining through the pipes whenever they used their sinks, which made it difficult to relax, especially at night. One thing to be aware of is that the water park is only open on weekends—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you’re planning your stay during the week, this may be disappointing if you were expecting to use that amenity. Overall, the location is the hotel’s strongest feature, but the rooms and plumbing are overdue for modernization to provide a more comfortable guest experience.

We liked how helpful and accommodating all the staff were. Only issue we had was regarding maid service. Our sheets were never changed and I’m not sure our room was vacuumed while we were there. Prior to this visit we were very happy with our stay. This time our room just didn’t feel clean despite receiving fresh towels.

Everything was great

Our stay was perfectly fine. Breakfast is just okay, but didn't negatively impact our stay. Would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were professional, very friendly, and had excellent communication. Some of the hot tub jets and tiles need repair. Parts of the waterpark are not operational on weekdays which was not advertised. However, they do not require wristbands on weekdays. Nice bar area and open late. No complimentary breakfast like Holiday Inn Express typically have but they do serve breakfast foe a price.
