Staybridge Suites MPLS-Maple Grove/Arbor Lakes by IHG

A consistently outstanding home away from home! We've stayed at Staybridge Maple Grove several times. The staff takes great pride in providing a wonderful stay.

We arrived early & did not expect our rooms to be ready but they were. We reserved 3 rooms & requested that they be in close proximity & they were. All staff were pleasant & accommodating.

was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room.

We were without a refrigerator in our room for 2 days and had to ss a bunch of food we just bought for our 9 day stay

Ice was a major issue. There was no central ice machine, and the refrigerator in the room did not produce enough ice fast enough.

Hotel has a basketball court and a nice courtyard outside.

The Staybridge in always amaze to find your room from a parking space, the elevator or anything from Doors 1-5. However I continue to enjoy their amenities and suites.

An Exceptional Stay for Families Needing SpaceFinding a hotel room that comfortably accommodates a family of five can be a major challenge, but the Staybridge Suites in Maple Grove nailed it. The rooms here are incredibly spacious and easily provided enough breathing room for myself, my wife, and our three kids. We never felt cramped, which made our vacation so much more relaxing. What Makes It Great for Travelers:Excellent Layout: The suite design gave us the perfect balance of common space to hang out together and enough privacy to unwind at night.Great Location: Situated in a fantastic, convenient area of Maple Grove with easy access to local dining, shopping, and family-friendly activities. Top-Tier Amenities: The fully equipped kitchen in the suite is a lifesaver for families traveling with children, making quick breakfasts and snack times effortless.If you are traveling with a larger family or just appreciate having plenty of square footage to stretch out, I cannot recommend this property enough. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip to the area!

Good location. Coffee shop just a few buildings down. Numerous restaurants and shops nearby. Parks are within 15-20 minutes drive. Our room was SUPER musty and damp. It didn’t seem clean. Not to say that I don’t think they cleaned it. But one of the bathrooms stunk from a wet musty smell. The wall next to the toilet needs a scrub. There’s a dirty plunger in the bathroom. Carpets are coming up at the transition pieces at the bathrooms. Bathroom doors are peeling. Both shower rods were not in good shape. One was peeling and the other glass shower door wouldn’t stay closed because one side of the upper track is coming out of the wall. And I had to kill five spiders / bugs while staying there. You know when you walk into a hotel room and you can just feel that it wasn’t deep cleaned. Thats what this room felt like overall. And I know this for a fact because the next night following this stay, we were at a different hotel and our room was clean and not falling apart. And we could actually enjoy it time in this other hotel room because we weren’t tip toeing around like we were trying to avoid anything unsanitary. It was not worth $900. In incredible upset at that. The second hotel that actually was clean cost the same. That one was worth $900. This one absolutely not. It was a huge waste of our hard earned money and made it vacation less enjoyable. I don’t understand how this hotel has a 9 rating for cleanliness. It’s not. The second hotel we stayed at was. But this was like a 6.5. It was really uncomfortable to stay here and we won’t stay again. I did not get what I paid for.

Our room was amazing and very clean. The property was beautiful, and the staff, all of them, were so friendly and happy! The breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be staying again!

Very nice just like I remember, minus the one rude employee that gave me a bad experience a year ago.

In theory, this was a great spot. The pictures looked lovely, the amenities were generous, and it was in a good location. The first experience walking up to the entrance where people smoking right outside the front door, and the smell of smoke as we were getting checked in as well as throughout the hotel made a terrible first impression and followed throughout our entire visit. It felt like it was an old hotel with a facelift and even though it had very nice looking updates, it’s still felt outdated. The bathroom was also not cleaned as pristine as to my liking. I never really felt comfortable and left disappointed.

Good location, close to highway but safe and very nice area. Hotel and room were very clean. A ton of restaurants and shopping right there!

Everyone at the front desk was so helpful and polite! Nothing my ice machine just didn’t work in the room but they brung us some up .

Our room was very nice. I like the fact that there was a door to close off the sleeping area from the rest of the room. The kitchenette was stocked with everything you would need to cook in the room. Full size fridge with ice maker. Fresh fruit on the breakfast bar in the morning along with the normal breakfast items.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. They have great variety.

This property is amazing. I really love the courtyard. Also breakfast is clean and very good. The basketball court is my favorite part!

My husband and I had a great babymoon stay while here during our one night stay. We would definitely come again
