the checkin guy was wonderful. very accomodating but the line was ridiculously long the waitress in the rest bar by the water was exremely rude when she found out we were not members. no-one asked us if we were, or for a member number so we had no idea we had done anything wrong. she handled it as poorly as you can imagine

The view was so beautiful. You got to see the lake from the pool. I got to see so many beautiful sunsets from the pool. The room we’re nice and clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful

The room had a strong smell that hits you when you walk in. We ended buying a candle and that helped a little. We booked a two bedroom from Expedia and when we go onsite we were given a 1 bedroom. Other than that, the pool was nice, the room had plenty of space. Couch was comfortable

I didn't like that we were overbooked and we did not get to stay there. We were told by the staff that they notified Booking,com on the morning of our checking date that we won't be able to stay at the resort. No one notified us from Booking.com that we were overbooked.

I Loved everything about this property, I felt like I was at home very clean and comfortable. There was NOTING I did not like about it.

The most lovely unit that I’ve ever stayed in! Really don’t like that we had to pay for Internet! I had to because I could not work the coffee machine; I needed to read the Cuisinart instructions that didn’t help. They sent over a tech that could make it work either, but he did bring another unit!
