Great room clean

We had a King and couch sleeper. The couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on for the 3rd guest. Everything else was excellent.

I had to wait for over 15 minutes until someone came to check me in. First time in my life something like this happened. Also, my room didn’t have any hand soap in the toilet.

We were having AC issues so I booked a room just in case late at night and within 5 minutes learned tge AC started working again so I attempted to cancel (again - less than 5 mins after booking and it was already late in the evening around 10:30 pm). They wouldn’t allow me to cancel despite how quickly I attempted to do so after booking. I get that there are policies but it seems there should have been something they could have done to assist.

Good except fitness room air conditioning was not working.

This is not my first time staying here. However, the property had been updated! It is in a safe, convenient location, near everything, and does not require a minimum number of nights like other hotels. The breakfast was a great treat. I liked the automatic pancake machine over the old Texas waffles that all the other hotels have. VERY clean and comfortable. We will stay again. The young lady at the front was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Thanks again for a great stay!

The service staff and the Front Receptionist are magnificent! The breakfast was excellent.

I seriously doubt I will EVER stay there again!

Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast offerings were tasty. The toilet clogged. I understand this was a repeat of a facility-wide problem.

Helpful staff clean rooms

Microwave and decaf coffee The pool was unimpressive, so I looked but didn't use. Colored lights a waterfall, hot tub would have made this stay awesome.

The hotel and room were cleaned daily and the breakfast area was kept spotless. This is not a resort but the price and service were both reasonable. I would stay here again for business or looking for value without extra frills. The lake view and some conditions are a bit lacking, not a breathtaking experience by any means, but certainly met my expectations for an overnight work stay.

Clean and service desk

The breakfast was excellent and had a variety of choices. We enjoyed it immensely.

Everything was good except our shower. There was a leak at the faucet on the tub so when you flick up for the shower there was very little pressure. Other than that everything was great.

The bathroom flooded. I was then placed in a handicap room and told sorry. Multiple times key card did not work and had to double back downstairs to get another key card and told sorry. I would never stay there again. If you want to be inconvenienced, then that's the place to be.
