Quality Inn Near Lake Marble Falls

We arrived late Thursday to our unit on the first floor and when my wife turned on the lite, there were bugs scampering from under the desk and the window unit. Who know what might have been under the bed. That was all she had to see and refused to stay or take another room in the facility or the second floor. We had to find another place late that night and alter our stay in Marble Falls due to the lack of available accommodations for the 4th of July weekend.

Extremely Dirty and not well kept!

We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday weekend and were pleased with the room for the most part. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the pullout couch and the bathtub was dirty but those were the only downfalls. It is a bit loud outside but I expected as much since there is a Whataburger in the parking lot.

Every staff member we spoke to was super helpful and generally pleasant to speak to. The breakfast area in the lobby is small but they keep it stocked and there are all your usual hot and cold breakfast items. Our room also had a mini fridge and microwave so you are able to take food back to the room if the lobby dining area is full. We were traveling with my mom's ESA, we were told the only green area for pets was up right by the highway which is fine as long as your dog is on a leash, but we ended up taking our pup to the grassy area between the Whataburger and OReilly's nextdoor so she had more room to walk around. If your pet is reactive to outside sounds, we were able to hear just about everyone/everything that passed by outside our room. The hot tub jets are not functional, but the pool overall was very nice and we enjoyed it! Location is awesome, just 5min from downtown and Lakeside Park, and everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive.

Breakfast was basic but good. Room clean only bare necessities.

Very good staff, good location

Room was clean.staff was friendly . We were on the first floor where there was a wild party up against our door for the entire night. We left early to go home and sleep.

Also, there was a smell in the room when entering. It was clean and I always got used to the smell. The air conditioning did not work perfectly, but it was always cool by the middle of the night.

Clean and comfortable for a good price. Breakfast was especially fresh and varied. Would use again.

Stayed 2 nights and 3 days but worst experience ever. AC was in the floor broken and Staf said for me to pop it back on- the security move was broken as well- after complaining I was “ upgraded” to a one bed room with dirty sheets and also Ac struggled. Breakfast was a joke. They would not let me cancel but I probably would have been better of sleeping in my truck. Staf was equally bad. The lady sat outside smoking and on her phone.

An old school motel that has been somewhat updated. Breakfast is decent and staff is nice.

Breakfast was the usual powdered scrambled eggs, coffee and bread/toast. Nothing special, but adequate. Hours for the breakfast room were convenient, staff was very friendly. Breakfast room was clean. No trash on site and the pool was nice and clean. The AC was quiet. Very convenient location. In room refrigerator worked well. The entire property needs to be power washed, especially the stairs and side walks, which were grimy-spotted and stained. Our room had scratched/scarred floors and walls. Our bathroom could be cleaner, there was dirt around the floor-wall cove and grout. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, the free samples were not to my liking

Room was clean and breakfast was great. Air conditioner seemed a little old but it did the job. Hot tub was not working. A little pricey but breakfast was worth it.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Minimum but decent breakfast.

Everything was amazing

Feet turned black from the dirty, sticky floors. Parking lot was full. AC units drain onto the walkways, forcing you to walk & roll suitcase through multiple puddles. Whataburger 24hr drive thru is a hundred feet from your door.

It was available last minute It was filthy. Bathroom smelled so much like mildew it was hard to be in there. Shower curtain was so gross. Sheets were extremely pilled and had hair on them. The front desk did provide us with better sheets when we asked. When we took the sheets off to change them the mattress pad had yellow stains. The floor was so dirty. Fridge and freezer were gross.

Did not eat the breakfast. Hotel is very dated and hard to get into if traveling north on busy 281. Hotel is not terrible, just didn't live up to the online reviews.
