Quality Inn Near Lake Marble Falls

The staff was friendly, even when I arrived late at night. The property appeared to have been more recently renovated and was nice and clean. There wasn't a floor towel for the bathroom and there was no body wash, but I was on a short overnight trip so I improvised as sleep was more important. I'm sure if I had asked, the staff would have helped. There was ample parking and breakfast was good. Definitely worth the stay to not pay resort prices!

The room was disgusting. There was dried puke in the wall. Hair on bed and shower walls. There were deep grooves cut out of the flooring.

Breakfast was very delicious; Laura was very helpful and friendly when my wife and I were in need of items in the dining area.

Workers were very prompt in restocking breakfast food.

This was a previous brand hotel that had been purchased by Choice Hotels and while it appears they tried to upgrade the property, it was still quite poor.

It was a good place to stay for the price.

Great location; great staff. Good breakfast options

During the reservation, we requested handicap accessible with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, Joseph, a Manager at the property, was distracted and seemed in a hurry to get us out of the lobby. We asked about the accessibility of the room. He stated that the only handicap accessible room was a king room and was booked well in advance. I asked if another hotel could accommodate us better. Joseph denied that any other motel was available. We checked in and went to the room. When we got there, it was not accessible at all. The commode was very low and difficult to manage as well as the room was filthy. The sheets were dirty and there were stains on the curtains, chair, lamp and shade. There was dirt and grime in all crevices in the bathroom and the towels in there were dusty. We called back up to the front desk to see if there was another room we could move to. Joseph stated that he could not move us due to being full. We decided to go to bed because it was late. The next day, we went to the front desk to request the room be cleaned to Joseph. Jeff, the other manager, was around the front desk as well. Joseph agreed to clean the room and again denied that another motel could accommodate us. He stated that the room would be done by 3. We came back to the room at 4:30. The room was still the way we left it. I went to the front desk. The lady working was very nice and apologetic. She messaged her manager, Jeff, and he told her it wouldn't be cleaned until the next day.

Our stay overall was enjoyable, the bed was comfortable, the pool refreshing. The hotel maintenance could be improved - the door kick plates were worn and scuffed, the room smelled musty, the wired in blow-dryer did not work and the front desk had no portable to use. The breakfast was a good value and had good selection of hot and cold items. Despite the property being older, I would recommend to others.

We arrived late Thursday to our unit on the first floor and when my wife turned on the lite, there were bugs scampering from under the desk and the window unit. Who know what might have been under the bed. That was all she had to see and refused to stay or take another room in the facility or the second floor. We had to find another place late that night and alter our stay in Marble Falls due to the lack of available accommodations for the 4th of July weekend.

Extremely Dirty and not well kept!

We stayed here over the 4th of July holiday weekend and were pleased with the room for the most part. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the pullout couch and the bathtub was dirty but those were the only downfalls. It is a bit loud outside but I expected as much since there is a Whataburger in the parking lot.

Every staff member we spoke to was super helpful and generally pleasant to speak to. The breakfast area in the lobby is small but they keep it stocked and there are all your usual hot and cold breakfast items. Our room also had a mini fridge and microwave so you are able to take food back to the room if the lobby dining area is full. We were traveling with my mom's ESA, we were told the only green area for pets was up right by the highway which is fine as long as your dog is on a leash, but we ended up taking our pup to the grassy area between the Whataburger and OReilly's nextdoor so she had more room to walk around. If your pet is reactive to outside sounds, we were able to hear just about everyone/everything that passed by outside our room. The hot tub jets are not functional, but the pool overall was very nice and we enjoyed it! Location is awesome, just 5min from downtown and Lakeside Park, and everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive.

Very good staff, good location

Room was clean.staff was friendly . We were on the first floor where there was a wild party up against our door for the entire night. We left early to go home and sleep.

Also, there was a smell in the room when entering. It was clean and I always got used to the smell. The air conditioning did not work perfectly, but it was always cool by the middle of the night.

Clean and comfortable for a good price. Breakfast was especially fresh and varied. Would use again.
