We walked in and it smelled so bad and grounds and place looked dirty we just left....did not stay, I took the hit because there was no way I would stay there. Very disappointed and when I tried to call Booking.com to see if they had an alternative I could not get through the AI mess. Never got to a real person. I will not be using Booking.com again. I have used you before but this was a hot mess.
