The cleanliness of all areas. The activities for adults and children. The availability of chairs and umbrellas at the beach. The towels availability. The mattresses and room spaces. The option to see the pools and beach from any room. Arcade did not have all lanes available for bowling and we couldn’t play. The housekeeper knocked at the door at 8:50am on the last day without considering that the Do not disturb sign was on the door and the check out was at 11am.

The resort was great, the staff were always helpful, the pool and beach were very nice and the food was very good. Highly recommend staying here.

The cover on the king size bed wasn’t big enough for a regular size bed. Toilet ran after being flushed. Room service forgot to bring items with the meal. Said would come back and didn’t. Food was overly priced in every restaurant with poor quality of food. Like not even average food. Supposedly high end restaurants. Even the smallest meals for two $100 every time. View from room great. Spa service great. Arcade was cool. Kay in the breakfast restaurant was great.
