Marco Beach Ocean Suites

From arrival to departure the staff assisted us with a smile and do a great job maintaining this beautiful property. The view from the 11th floor is unbeatable and even though we needed to take our chairs and umbrella to the beach each day, it’s a short walk that takes less than 5 minutes through a walk way in the gardens. Maybe there is a future option to have the chairs and umbrellas located within racks on the floor level for a lesser lift for those that find it difficult, but this was a minor item. Overall, this is a must stay for the money and location, close walk to some great eateries and all around relaxing trip. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Clean room, great view, staff was helpful, definitely could go again

This was a hotel, that apparently is no longer a hotel, rather all condos. Which is not clearly communicated anywhere. There are zero amenities here. You can't even use the outdoor/beach bathroom now, unless you're a member of some private club. We weren't even allowed to take our lunch order from what used to be the hotel beach bar to the pool. We had to begin eating there, and only then were they allowed to give us a to go box. Are you joking?! We will not be staying here again. Unfortunate, as my husband and I were married there 23 years ago and it was beautiful. And the only reason I gave the staff a poor score, is because there is no staff. One person there to hand you your room key, and One valet (who was great).

Excellent sea views, excellent location, excellent staff.

The location is excellent, right on the beach, but the amenities are very basic for a beachfront resort. Plus, we could hear everything from the other room beside us. The room is perfectly fine if all you need is a comfortable place to sleep. However, if you want to relax indoors and enjoy the comforts of home with modern streaming options, this probably isn't the best place for you.

Everything was perfect except, the chairs and umbrella that we have to bring down to take to the beach. This is my fourth time staying here and before, we would go to the beach and asked for two chairs and an umbrella at the beach and the guys there would set it up. Well, we are an older couple and neither my husband or myself could bring down the chairs and umbrella. Unfortunately, we only were able to go to the pool. Bring it back as it used to be. You need to think about your seniors. Thank you.

The staff was welcoming from the first moment we arrived at the valet. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is phenomenal!

Also we stayed 5 nights and would have loved a quick room clean or sofa bed made. But nothing. Taking chairs/parasol back and fourth to beach was quiete hard too. Was nice, but next time probably try somewhere else.

It was nice they offered beach chairs and umbrellas included with the room. My one complaint would be the cleaning. The room was supposed to include a sign you hung on the door when you wanted the room cleaned. We never got the sign. We had to go to the front desk every morning to tell them we wanted it cleaned, and ask for a door sign. Would get the room cleaned but never received the door sign.

Nice to have a balcony. Best part was the cozy bed and pillows. Clean room
