1 star is too much for such experince. For those wondering, we went to bed at midnight too tired to make a room switch sepacially when the place is full house.

Excellent staff service. Beautiful view. It just needs a restaurant, the one that have was temporarily closed. They have a beach bar tho.

Valet parking guys were great and overall experience wonderful Only complaint was the lounge chairs on the beach are not free with your stay but they do have chairs that u have to carry to beach which is kind of a pain!! We have stayed here 4 times now and will return again Jamie

Our positive experience was with 1 front desk agent that unfortunately only worked a few nights during our stay. The other 2 were hesitant to help and really did not help us. Checking in we got 2 key cards and our room number. He pointed to the rules they have in place with the sea turtles and pointed at the direction of the beach and the elevators. That was our entire process of checking in. Getting to our room it was clean, needed more pillows and blankets and they refused until we asked in person. Bathroom shower barely worked along with the tub not holding water. The ocean is a good hike from the resort and they no longer provide chairs/umbrellas at the beach, you have to carry them from your room to and from the ocean if you want them. There are no restaurants or even coffee offered onsite(outside a machine in your room). The valet gentlemen are great and work very hard! There is a small gym onsite that is connected to a spa, but were not given any information on the spa and how it worked/did not see any workers there. We had house keeping come once to our room for being there for 5 days. We did have ocean front view and it was beautiful, but if you are looking to be right on the ocean this isn't it, there are resorts and trees in front of your view. Overall for what you pay nightly you are not receiving that in value/amenities that the resort offers. There are plenty of other options on Marco Island!

The property was nice and well maintained, but not worth the price paid. We booked a one-bedroom for my parents in their 70s and found it less comfortable than expected. The room had no table and only a small fridge. The pool was smaller than expected and located on the 5th floor. Beach access is not direct and not a quick walk, which may be difficult for older guests or family with small kids. On the positive side, valet was convenient and check-in staff was very polite. Overall, a decent stay but not what we expected for the cost.
