The floor didn’t have carpet The room was not properly cleaned. Hair was all over the floor. Tissue wasn’t replaced, a huge spot of the popcorn ceiling was missing I assume due to water damage, the night staff had a nonchalant attitude towards us. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Safe, clean comfortable room, with a big bathroom and shower, with a large refrigerator and microwave. All the amenities I needed. Very good experience staying here, and a very reasonable price, I may add. Thank you very much. GREAT stay!!!

The hotel was clean, beds comfortable and was a fair price for a knee night stay. Good for a one night stay if you are on the road and just need a place to stay for a night. The hotel is in need of a renovation. The room itself appeared to be remembered in the last few years but the bathroom was old and dated and the building itself needs repair and a new paint job. The staff was ok but I wouldn't call them friendly. Lastly, their breakfast was the worst, most meager offering I've ever seen and consisted of coffee, cheap bagels and bread, and the USPS of cereal in the smallest dispensers ones ever seen, literally about enough in each to fill one large bowl at most.

Beds were very comfortable. Clean room Water pressure dropped a lot in the shower in the morning. Breakfast was very limited; I have celiac disease and there was nothing I could eat except for one dodgy looking apple. It was described at check-in as a “light” breakfast. It was most certainly that, as there were very few options even for my non-celiac family. We ended going to a restaurant for breakfast, which is disappointing when one of the main reasons for booking the room was that breakfast was included. Finally, the staffer at the front desk was not welcoming during check-in, bordering on unfriendly. We were placed on the second floor in a facility with no elevator, so we had to haul a family’s worth of luggage up steps. My wife was also trying to do some laundry, and had trouble because the staffer was going to have to unlock the room for her each time she checked. It was also coin-operated only, and she could not provide change so that we could complete the laundry. Overall, a very negative stay, improvement is needed.

The room was loaded with bed bugs. I immediately went to office and asked for a refund. She at first told me I had to remake the bed from pulling up the mattress. When I first walked in there was a bug crawling across the floor so I lifted the mattress thankfully before I brought stuff in and took a picture and walked out. I was not going back in that room and further more it should t have needed made back so it could be rented out. She finally agreed to give me a refund. I’m still waiting on booking.com for a refund. This place needs shut down. She was not at all surprised by the bed bugs.

The staff was wonderful. No way to ice machine besides walk all the way around. No trash can out side . Breakfast ready was bad. No quality food . Cereal toast and Apple and yoga . Not worth getting up for . Pool close to early .
