Hotel Weston

Room was clean, bed was clean, shower was great. Looked like they were doing some cosmetic upgrades but overall it was a good place to stay!

the room was nice and clean none of the listed amenities existed. there was no snacks or vending. there was also a massive stadium light in the parking lot shining directly into our hotel room. it felt like the middle of the day while we were trying to sleep.

The price at first… it was discounted down from 148, which other neighboring hotels like courtyard in Fairfield in Marriott, which are much more clean, have TVs mounted on their walls that are actually working that are well maintained, and have people there to take care of any needs and provide coffee in room or something downstairs. Once we experienced the $115 experience, it was definitely overpriced for what we got. It should’ve been $75-$90 before discount It was strange to have a virtual check-in by people from India, and who they were hard to understand. The hotel had an abandoned feel to it, the area that had a kitchen area where you would normally have breakfast was in disarray. There was a mount on the wall for a TV but no TV was there. There was a coffee pot that looked like it belonged in room and you’d have to fill it up yourself with water so it wasn’t regularly maintained or cleaned by anyone. The elevator was grungy, on the second floor when we got the elevator there was this glass room with chairs and it almost like a seating waiting area, and the chairs were broken and stained, and then in our room, the refrigerator was away from the wall. It had a big dent in it the closet where the iron was mounted on the door, the cord was down like someone had used it and just put it back, but didn’t tidy it up. There were dirty socks on the floor in the closet. The picture frames on the wall were old and dusty. The one in the bathroom had peeling because it was so old it had minimal toiletries. It had only three towels not even a floor mat for when you take a shower. The TV was on Nickelodeon channel almost like the housekeeper brought their kid and did a partial cleaning job and then was in a hurry or distracted, and left the TV on the Nickelodeon channel that was weird.

The location was convenient The pictures online are misleading. The room I had was not clean or as if someone was resting in there. The bathroom door was broken , there was a hair in my towels My arm actually started breaking out after laying on the bed. I asked for cleaning but there are no 24hr staff. There actually seems to be no staff at all just a digital system and 3 person “management team”

Room needs repairs, no coffee available in the morning. Felt impersonal with a monitor to check in and out

Cleanliness

Our room was hot, damp, smelled of mildew, and bed was wet to touch upon entry. We did not stay at this hotel. We checked out the hotel the same night we checked in. Would have requested a refund if it was possible.

Didn't use it. The window shades didn't work. had to inform the front desk he said yes it did and showed me how to use the broken chain to operate it. The top sheet of the bed was soiled. Neither of the USB ports on the sides of the bed worked.

I didn’t like the fact there was not breakfast included and on the site it said breakfast included

The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal and the roach traps are somewhat out of sight. The room reaked of mildew as soon as you opened the door but appeared clean at first. When we opened the couch to use the bed, the mildew smell got worse. I pulled back the sheet on the couch mattress to find heavily mildewed urine stains. I reached out about the stains using the online communication because no one is at the desk to help and no one responded. We could not use the pullout couch that we paid for. The beds felt damp and the pillows smelled like the pillow cases had not been changed. There were stains on the lamp shades, windows shade and ceiling. The bathroom door is a pocket door that is hard to pull out of the wall at first and then you end of slamming your fingers in between it and the door jam. My husband was in the elevator and pressed the button for the 4th floor, it went up to that floor and then dropped down the the first floor with no warning. I mean, I know the rate was cheap but, cheap doesn't have to equal disgusting.

no coffee, no breakfast, no coffee in room, no front desk staff. remote control for the tv didnt work and the bathroom door dragged and wouldn’t close or open properly

Location is good and the room is a good size with a large bathroom. No breakfast and the floor was torn up when I got there but it was fixed.

It was close to white water Pull out bed broken microwave broken air-conditioner broken check in at 930pm turn on the ac and go to Walmart cause it was cooling the room down 1 light worked the 2 hanging lights broken with tape around it with wires showing went down around midnight to tell them cause it was so hot I then thought we were being put in an up graded room but no same room I had 3 of my grandkids with me and they didnt finally get in bed till 1am and us 2am or so then I went the next morning and they made excuses and didnt want to help me with all that went on not even we're sorry for all the trouble yall went through so no id never stay there again and if I could've changed hotels I would have

The location and the scenery The vent in my bathroom look like there was mold, a few outlets in the walls were breaking off the wall creating a hole and the hotel didn’t have complimentary breakfast.

Everything was phenomenal. Not extra toilet paper in the bathroom.
