Did not appreciate AI check in! On 4th night after working for entire time, the bed was stripped and no linens available. We hadn’t asked for room service. Front desk had no king sheets nor help to finish the room with towels or sheets

The room was clean but a lot of things needed fixed like door knobs safety bars in the bathroom were loose there’s no desk like in the photos beds were comfy outside needs cleaned and landscaping But the worst part was they charge you a $10 a day ‘service’ fee that’s totally ridiculous and a $50 ‘incidental’ fee also it’s refundable but not the extra $30 for a service fee

The AC was not up to par, the front desk did not honor or waive my free night. The floor in our room was dirty as hell. Someone "missed" the toilet and didn't mop the floor prior to check in. I'm highly disappointed
-
Location Smelled, broken door to bathroom, facilities showed obvious age and disrepair, check in with a kiosk and a web video agent was odd when someone was right there behind the front desk.

Clean, Easy Check In Easy Check Out Great location

The staff was friendly and check in was quick The place was run down and disgusting there was mold in the bathroom ceiling, holes in the walls, old spilled stuff in the freezer and the entire room felt and smelled moist and musty.

The staff The smoke smell and not clean. A/C did not appear to work. Hard to breathe when walked in. It was warm and trash and dirty linens everywhere. Floors and room not cleaned well Did NOT stay. Cancelled. The staff understood.

Great convenience

Very clean. Most comfortable mattress I can remember sleeping on. that the air conditioning unit was in the room. I'm a light sleeper so every time it came on I woke up.

You get what you pay for. I was only sleeping and leaving so I didn’t want to pay a lot for a room. They should reconsider placing someone with a dog right by the front entrance. Every single person walking in made my dog jump up and start growling. Then at 4:30am there were extremely loud people stomping and talking in the hall so that was the end of my little bit of sleep. There were a lot of repairs needed, broken tiles, missing back of the tv remote, toilet paper roll falls off the holder when you use it. The cyber check in was just weird when there was a person sitting at the front desk.

We had a very late check in, about midnight. We were met with a kiosk and a live person on the kiosk. Very minimal lobby with only Ramen and canned sodas for sale. Room was relatively clean but not maintained. The TV wouldn't work, the outlets on top of tje bedside table didn't work and we could charge or use my portable fan. Would have had to charge across the room. Luckily we were full battery. Blinds didn't come all the way down and street lights were in my eye all night. Bathroom had a sliding barn door that didn't close all the way and had a weird hook and eye lock haphazardly screwed in. I felt safe on the property and was only there 6 hours to sleep while driving as we left at 6am. I would not have stayed if we were there for anything more than a few hours sleep. AC worked good though. This hotel proves you get what you pay for.

During a one week stay, we asked for our room to be cleaned 4 times before giving up, the room needed updating, a deep clean, and repairs. There were random puddles of water popping up in the middle of the floor, against the baseboards, and in the closet. The shower area was in bad shape. A lot of the time there were not actual staff present, but instead a machine set up similar to a zoom or teams meeting. The smell was to be expected for a place that was not well maintained. On the upside, the location was great for us, staff (on and off camera) were friendly, inexpensive, and the ac unit worked very well. This is definitely a case of - you get what you pay for :)
