On arrival, the entrance was partly blocked by a group of men standing around a motorbike with its engine running, talking loudly right at the front door. The bike was then driven inside and parked in the lobby next to the seating area while the group continued arguing loudly (photo attached). When I asked the front desk whether these people were affiliated with the hotel, they confirmed they were. Having to push past a running motorbike and a loud altercation to reach the desk was intimidating and completely inappropriate for a hotel lobby. For a room booked as a clean, non-smoking king, this fell far below any reasonable standard. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

When I arrived, I noticed a sign advertising discounted rooms. Out of curiosity, I asked to see one. The room I was shown was dark, smelled of mold, and appeared completely unprepared for a guest. It was disappointing that anyone would think it was acceptable to offer that room. I then went to the room I had actually reserved. Unfortunately, the television did not work, and when I went to report it, I discovered something even more concerning—the door would not lock from the inside. It could only be opened with the key, creating a serious safety issue. When I informed the front desk, the attendant initially insisted that I must be mistaken because “this is a hotel, the doors lock.” After confirming that the lock was in fact broken, he apologized and said someone would come repair it. About ten minutes later, he returned and admitted that no one was available to fix it. Instead, he offered me another room. The second room was in even worse condition. It had no comforter on the bed, the refrigerator was sitting in the middle of the room instead of being properly situated next to the counter with the microwave, and the air conditioning unit was being supported by pieces of wood. At that point, I had completely lost confidence in the property. I contacted Expedia to request a refund since I chose not to stay. Expedia contacted

The hallways were dirt and stinky. The room not much better. The electrical outlets besides the bed did not work. Both me and my son use CPAPS but could not because the outlets did not work. Two outlets did not even have cover plates. Some of the lights did not work. I woke up with several bugs bites, one bad and the other a tick on my chest and it was not there the night before. We left after the first night.

Hallways very dark, not well maintainged, and uninviting. Washcloth had a massive stain. The bed itself, however, provided, restful sleep.
-
Hallways needed vacuuming, elevator was questionable and broke once while we were there. Whole place had a strange smell and every time I sat on bed the springs made popping sounds. Just very poorly maintained.

Not very friendly staff, hollering at customers, blood on bed when arrived, mattress all tore up

Everything was nasty, the beds the furniture, the pool was not even in working order. The pictures you see are not what they appear when you arrive for your stay. Think they let people live there. Next time I'll stick with econo lodge. Oh yeah no breakfast bar just coffee. Not what they say when advertising.

The entire property is extremely dirty, sheets and towels very old. No elevator in the morning. No room cleaning for a four nights stay.

La ubicación No me gustó, porque engañan a las personas, la alberca está cerrada desde hace años y no tienen desayuno, deberían de decir las cosas como son. Huele a marihuana.

This place was a flat-out dump. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I called to inform the front desk that my room was dirty, the man who answered didn't care. He even told me that management would do nothing about it. The room was dirty--dirty and damp towels, no comforter on the bed, trash (a woman's fake fingernail) in the windowsill, cockroaches. DO NOT STAY HERE. You'd be better off sleeping in your car. Seriously. I don't know how this place passes health inspections. The entire place smells like smoke. It's awful.

Location When entering my room, there was marijuana all over the table under the tv, some type of white liquid, sheets where dirt and springs in bed were visible through sheets. When getting another room we stepped in while in floor in third floor. They advised a pool in here as well as in their entrance walls which wasn’t up. We were woke up at 9:30ish from fire alarms when we opened door was knocked back by marijuana smoke.

The front desk staff were very pleasant. The rooms were disgusting! The whole place smelled like weed, the 3rd floor hall way was damp and the floor sunk do2n in many places. The towels were stained, the beds were gross. The water pressure was awful. The blankets were stained, the sheets did not even cover the mattress, there was no mattress protector and the whole bed felt boulders encased in the mattress. We only stayed 5 hours. I had to get the rest of my stay refunded and I booked at another location. Stay away from this disgusting property.
