Economy Hotel Marietta

Staff did not seem to care for their job, we were handed a piece of paper with 3 different room numbers & told to go physically check them before picking one. Upon checking the rooms, they were filthy with roaches and the doors were left open so anyone could have entered prior to us. The bed accommodations did not match what we had booked and the pictures on the website are nothing like the property. People of all natures are walking about the whole time, there was yelling from the neighbors next door. not a place to stay with children.

Nothing It was nasty and they were selling drugs in the lobby

I wouldn't send anybody there. That's not a hotel thats the projects. When I got there I was told to pick a room the first room I went to the door was kicked in I pushed it open with out using the key it was dirty used condom on the bed and all. Couldn't get in the room. Went back to front desk on my way police was just sitting in the parking lot posted in the parking lot while I was on the phone with consumer service there was a argument between tenants. Went back to the front desk because they wasn't answering the phone for anybody police doing a report at the front desk. Just a normal day in the projects.

I did not stay there, even trying to get in was dirty. I just get out and diside to go to another hotel. Also, the type of people and the way they look at us was very uncomfortable. I don’t stay not 10 mins and just get out.

This place is so unkept and very very badly maintained. Looks like a motel. I didn’t have to stay there. I do not recommend.

Nothing Yes everything

Absolutely nothing. The best part was leaving very early in the morning to forget about the place. I paid 51 dollars for a room that had no refrigerator, no air conditioning, no tv, no comforter on the bed, no door to the bathroom, shattered glass on the window, some kind of weird oil all over the floor that the roaches seemed to enjoy. I could even keep going about the horrible conditions but you get the point. I reserved a two bed room but was told they had overbooked and an un renovated room was all that was left. I didn't sleep at all because it was so hot.

I would never book here again. Roaches were everywhere and it was nasty

At checkin, I was given a master key and several room numbers to look at and choose which was best: #1: smelled terribly of mold, mildew, and smoke. no pillow, no comforter, very unclean. #2: there were open paint cans, brushes and rollers in the room; but based on the state, I don't think they had actually painted anything in this room yet. However, the smell of paint did not overcome the smell of mildew. Also no pillow or comforter. #3: least bad-smelling, had a pillow, shower rack pulled off the wall. Kitchenette was filthy and cupboards looked like they were falling off the wall - but I had no intention of using them regardless. I already had a headache, so went with #3 because it was the most tolerable odor-wise and had a pillow, and was close to the office and parking lot. It wasn't until I returned to the room that I saw behind a half-wall that not only was there mold and mildew growing and visible on the floor and wall, but also cigarette butts.

Location Everything except for the location. Staff are rude, room was exceptionally deplorable & nasty. No blinds on window. Water leaking onto floor everywhere. ROACHES! Tv didn't work, no wifi (false advertisement by the way), couldn't get Internet on my phone, ect, ect, ect... Roac

The price I didnt have a blanket, pillow, no cable,no wifi,no shower curtain and no towels or wash cloth, and when I asked for the items she gave me a attitude and she was on her phone while me and 3 other people was waiting

Everything was great the staff the room , for the price it was awesome Nothing really around in walking distance to eat except bojangles

The price only Nothing - terrible experience - did feel comfortable - staff starting with management terrible rude evil - unprofessional - please don't close down because people need somewhere to live - please but I can never stay there - ever ?

Actually, not much The staff didn’t care whether something was working in the room or not they totally ignored any request that you made or ignored would even be better way of putting it. They were simply terrible.

The nastiest environment I have ever stayed. I booked for 3 days but had to leave after one night stay. The smell was horrible. I couldn’t sleep. The bed and furniture belong to dumpster. Am yet to forward the videos and pictures to Atlanta Code enforcement. The outdated facility needs to be closed. The building has to be demolished for something better. I can’t imagine people are living there with their kids as a permanent residence.

Nothing place a dirty very loud . Dirty, very lous screaming when I got there neighbor fighting seen roaches as soon. As I opened the door to the room . Fro t desk attendant stayed on the phone the whole time she was checking me in which I thought was very disrespectful . I went to my room key did not work. Went back down to the desk to let her know she got mad, and followed me back to the room and she seen that the key did not work, she tried her and did not work either. So she put a device on the door to get her key to work. And she told me to try my key which did not work .then she told me that she would go back down to try to get my key to work . I told her will not pay for a room I can not get in and out of she got mad and was rude. I did not stay at this place very dirty.
