There is absolutely nothing to like about this property. The place is in very poor condition and is not suitable for human habitation. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place to live. This place is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The elevator barely works and is very dirty. The room door is broken, the lock does not work properly, and there is no proper interior door for privacy. The property also does not have the internet that was advertised in the app. There are no mirrors, almost no furniture, and the only bed in the room is broken and appears to have bugs around it. As soon as you open the door, a strong, unpleasant mold-like smell hits you immediately. The overall condition of this place is unhealthy and unsafe. There are also homeless people and people who appear to be using drugs throughout the property, which makes the environment feel very unsafe. I honestly do not understand how a property in this condition is allowed to be listed on the app. This place is absolutely not suitable for anyone to live in, and I would strongly recommend removing it from the platform until the serious safety, cleanliness, and maintenance issues are addressed.

I would like to say that during my stay here the staff has been great. I would like to shine a light on one staff member in particular and that would be Ms. Kisha at the front desk. She has been EXTREMELY helpful and supportive in my stay here. Her professionalism and Kindness is what makes the experience of staying here easy. She has a very warm and great personality that makes communicating with her for any of my needs at this hotel easy. I really appreciate her hard work and understanding. If you stay at this hotel I hope you get you experience this for yourself.

Broken door that had to be fixed. Tv remote didn’t work and few channels on the tv. No amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful when problems arose.
