Complimentary Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but wish it was warmer for it being a heated pool. Our room was great with all of the amenities. We had a handicap accessible room. Only complaint was the air conditioner had a high pitch whistling when set on high. The room was quiet, clean, and overall, great quality hotel.

Kinda secluded from the busyness of Cumberland area. Room 211 is terrible. Shower floods bathroom each time one is taken. Beds are not that comfortable, air condition system makes noises while its on, fridge did not work, etc. Hotel staff “tries” to accomadate, but with one person on site that is remotely knowledgable it was very difficult to communicate issues with any result. Could say a lot more but will just keep it there.

The description stated the room could accommodate 3 people. There was only one king sized bed and the property did not have any rollaway beds. There wasn’t a pull out either. The description was incorrect as it did not accommodate 3 adults. My daughter slept on the floor with additional bedding from the front desk. The staff member did attempt to dind

Unfortunately, the issues began shortly after check-in. Our first room had a dirty toilet, which required us to be moved to another room. This was especially frustrating because my children had already settled in and started eating their pizza, and we then had to gather all of our belongings and move everything to a second room. After relocating, we discovered that the refrigerator in the second room was dirty and had mold inside. Since we had food and beverages that needed refrigeration, I went downstairs and asked if someone could come clean the refrigerator. At that point, the manager on duty seemed to have an attitude because I requested that it be cleaned. I did not want to move to a third room after already being relocated once, especially while traveling with my two-year-old, four-year-old, and husband. I simply wanted the refrigerator cleaned so we could use it safely. Eventually, someone did come upstairs and clean it, but the interaction left me feeling as though my request was unreasonable, even though I was simply asking for a clean refrigerator in a room we had already been moved to because of another cleanliness issue. The following morning, our family was awakened at

Great staff

The room was absolutely filthy; there were still used drinks in the minibar, the bathroom was full of pubic hair, there was long hair on the floor, and the sheets were dirty and stained with blood. It is a disgrace that this place belongs to the Marriott chain—the worst experience we have ever had at this hotel. To top it off, the breakfast was completely lacking: there were no cups or napkins, no fruit, and literally not even hot water. The tables and floors were dirty.

The room was very comfortable, the bed was excellent, the breakfast had a good variety… highly recommended.

Perfect for a one night stay!

We were in a tight spot after having to travel home early from our planned vacation. We had booked a terrible hotel down the street and found this hotel quickly. While they didn’t have a room to fit us all, they were very helpful in figuring out a way for us to stay comfortably in the room for the night before we left early the next day.

Our room was not as stated when purchased (sleeps 5) so when we arrived we had to purchase another room. The breakfast was being run by the front desk so it was late and not complete. The shower was leaking and the bedsheets felt moist.

Good value and spacious room. My tv was broken. I was told hotel was at full capacity so I couldn’t get another room (90% full not 100%) and that there was no one to fix it. I was told to speak with a manager in the morning but she was unable to help and did not offer a discount due to inconvenience
