Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Marietta/I-75 North

Our room had several large stains on the carpet, and the mattress was well past its prime, with springs that could be felt through the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. On the positive side, the pool area was enjoyable, and the young woman who checked us in was friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service. We understand renovations take time, and we hope the remaining rooms receive the same attention as the rest of the property because it has the potential to be a great place to stay once the work is complete.

Needed something last minute. Think my room may have been a smoking room. Bathroom stained yellow wall paper. Worked for the night. Night agent super nice especially for almost a 1am check in

the staff, poor lady trying to run the starbucks cafe couldn't keep up with the 4 guests waiting on drinks. there seemed to be help walking around in the back room but just unfortunate they weren't concerned about the 4 customers who were waiting of 20 min plus for a cup of coffee. lastly, OMG... Sunday morning 8:12am, they decided to run a stump grinder 2' outside our first floor sliding window. we had 2 kids sleeping and everyone was startled. called front desk and as she said she was alone... 10 minutes went by... called again, she said she was helping someone at the front desk... i opened the slider and asked the guy to stop... obviously this hotel was understaffed, and not taken care of... absolute horrible experience for branding purposes... we checked out that night and moved to a different hotel

Nice hotel just didn't spend a lot of time there.

Great amenities, nice staff. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

Dead bug on floor of wrong room outside the door Bed very uncomfortable (springs were felt every time I turned over ) Fire alarm went off middle of the night the first night and there were no instructions on what to do Fire alarm kept flashing a white light the rest of the stay (5 nights) Couch in room was terrible Office chair was peeling and pieces falling off when used Requested to switch hotels and we were told we would have to pay for the night if we left

Very convenient I stayed on the first floor and I didn’t like the way the TV was positioned. My room had a balcony I could go out of so I’m guessing that’s why the TV was placed where it was. Also, the floor felt wet in some places.

Very clean and quite and the pool was really nice!

Disappointing

The location and breakfast Room supplies seemed to be limited or lacking, like towels, beddings and hand soaps.

Thee rooms are full of mold and too many chemical air fresheners. We had to leave right away bec it made me so sick we had to leave and go stay at a family member home. People have compromised immune systems, get your hotel remediated. The mold, the smell, the nasty carpet

I think the hotel needs some renovation for the price and location. I didn’t like the idea that they came to clean your room every three days but location was great

The staff is phenomenal. Shout out to Antonette. She is a gem. The property looks like it is going through an upgrade process, but overall, it is a decent place to stay. Once upgraded, it could be a really nice property. It was quiet, close to main eateries and decently maintained for the most part. The bistro, and work areas are a very nice addition. The workout room could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, we would stay again.

It was a clean room, convenient location to Truist Park (our reason for going).

Always great service with Daphne at the front desk. She has been taking care of me for probably over 30 stays at the old windy hill location, now she is here. Rooms are always clean and service is excellent. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

I asked get my room to be made up and it was not done even after calling front desk and contacting a housekeeper on the floor i was staying at.

Exceptional

Move rooms. The room we were moved into the air was broken. We were then moved into a third room, under the chair was old food so it obviously hadnt been moved to be cleaned. It is a decent hotel but definitely needs a better cleaning and the things fixed to upkeep the hotel itself.
