Comfort Inn Marietta-Atlanta near Ballpark/Galleria

The property was decent, our room (216) had a less than spectacular air conditioning. The location was good, numerous shopping and food options close by. There was a bit of noise though from the surrounding area. There was no hand soap in the room or the shower, could've reached out to the front desk but we made do. Breakfast was also nice, they even had a cute little soccer ball waffle iron.

My room did have wet, mildew type smell but it was tolerable.

The only problem was the room darkening shade was broke and right outside our window was a parking lot light. Other than that the stay was great.

The location The staff was not helpful at all our ac in the room was not working I asked to be changed to another room and was told there were no rooms available even tho online it said 7 were available . Was so rude we left right away and booked elsewhere will NOT stay here again

The hotel is a bit older and the rooms are on the smaller side. The toilet and shower are behind a pocket door which doesn’t allow for much bathroom privacy. I think this was the worst part of the room being shared by four people. The staff were all very warm and friendly. They are clearly an asset to the hotel.

What a horrible experience. The room was dirty, loud and the bed was so worn out I thought I was going to roll onto the floor. I could see out into the hallway with the door closed. I could hear people and kids walking /running in the hallway all night. Dogs barking in other rooms, even with the tv on. Breakfast, good variety but, not very fresh. Bar size napkins to use, orange juice in cartons at room temperature on the counters. Eggs so runny you could see them floating in water. I would not recommend this hotel.

we thought we were staying in a hotel, not a motel the one room the beds had not been changed

Ms. Kesha is the best for sure, she is always always professional, well spoken, very communicative effectively. I’m shocked she’s not the general manager to be honest with you, she definitely deserves a raise or a bonus . I love this property I have nothing bad to speak on.

Room was clean. Washroom door lock was not working. Breakfast buffet tray stuck and end up not having scrambled eggs or sausage.

The room set up is Great & bed was so comfortable Didn't see any drink machine just to grab a soda or snack machines. There was a small area in the lobby with chips & Gatorade but not just a vending area that I saw

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and one had a definite imprint where someone had been sitting as if watching TV. Also, I did not feel safe in this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bug free. Breakfast was surprisingly well done. Hot food and quick grab food available.
