The staff was nice and tried to be helpful. However, I made mistake on our booking and tried to fix it right away literally within 15 minutes after booking instead expedia and IHG pointed the finger at each other and neither were exactly helpful smh. Honestly I felt like they both gave the run around…. Beyond Ridiculous. I work in IT I know there something that can be done clearly. Lov into your system and fix it kindly. The room was clean the bed was comfy but the Keurig (I’m an avid coffee drinker) did not work and the fridge barely cooled. The pool didnt look like the pictures. I also woke up with an allergic reaction. I am typically not a complainer by any means but there was no going above and beyond customer support here. Honestly feels more like a scam.

The beds were fantastic and clean room were the good points! The only downer and I feel was a big one, was the continental breakfast was not free! It was $17.99!!!! I paid over $250 for a room and breakfast was not free? On a brighter note, the coffee and orange juice they said was free........sheesh!

Staff were super friendly. Recently renovated...comfy bed, great sheets. Ood location for one night stay. Strangest tiny elevators I have ever seen...despite that would stay again!

The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the luggage carts are pretty useless. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

We liked that the location was close to downtown Marquette although it would've been nicer to be within walking distance of downtown vs having to drive. It was a rather disappointing breakfast for the price. When we booked this location it stated complimentary breakfast but this was not the case. Breakfast was not included and was 17.99/person. We wouldn't have minded paying extra if it had been a quality breakfast worth the price but it was essentially the same breakfast that is typically complimentary. When we went to breakfast the day of our departure (9:30a.m) the warming containers were pretty much empty, coffee was empty. At the time we were the only ones there aside from a table finishing up so I would've thought there would've been more attention to ensuring fresh, warm items were available for guests to enjoy a hot breakfast before hitting the road. We had to find staff to see if there was more breakfast coming out. If you're going to offer a convenience that I am paying for I expect a little better quality and attention to detail.
